Թոքերի խրոնիկ օբստրուկտիվ հիվանդությունը (ԹԽՕՀ) բավական դաժան հիվանդություն է, որը Հայաստանում ունի մեծ տարածում: Այս մասին նոյեմբերի 12-ին լրագրողների տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության գլխավոր թոքաբան, պրոֆեսոր Անդրանիկ Ոսկանյանը:
Թոքերի խրոնիկ օբստրուկտիվ հիվանդության բժշկական հսկման միջազգային օրվն աշխարհում նշվում է նոյեմբերի 17-ին: Այդ օրվան ընդառաջ լրագրողների հետ կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում պրոֆեսոր Ոսկանյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանում թոքային և շնչառական նման հիվանդության եզրույթը նոր է ներմուծվել, և այն բժշկական հաշվետվությունների մեջ դեռրս գրանցվում է որպես բրոնխիտ, աբստրուկտիվ բրոնխիտ և այլ ախտորոշումների ներքո:
Սակայն, ԹԽՕՀ-ով հիվանդացությացուցանիշները շատ չեն շեղվում միջազգայինից. Հայաստանի բնակչության 20-27%-ի մոտ առկա են հիվանդության տարբեր աստիճանները:
«Թոքերի խրոնիկ օբստրուկտիվ հիվանդությունն իր մեջ ընգրկում է մի քանի հիվանդություններ, որոնք ընթանում են թոքերի հյուսվածքների փոփոխությամբ, բերում են օբստրուկցիաների: Այն տարածված է ողջ աշխարհում և թոքերի հիվանդությունների մեջ ամենատարածվածն է:
ԹԽՕՀ-ը չբուժվող հիվանդություն է, այն պրոգրեսիվ զարգանում է և բերում մահվան: Ախտորոշելով ռիսկային հիվանդությունները' մենք կարող ենք կանխարգելել դրանց զարգացումը», - ասաց պրոֆեսոր Ոսկանյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ հիվանդությունն աչքաթող անելու դեպքում բարդացումների դեմ պայքարելը անհնար է, սակայն դրանք հնարավոր է կանխել: ԹԽՕՀ-ի զարգացման պատճառներն են՝ ծխախոտը, աշխատանքային վնասարար պայմանները (փայտամշակում, աշխատանք հանքավայրերում, քիմիկատների հետ աշխատանք): Հատկանշական է յուրահատուկ մշտական հազը, հևոցը ֆիզիկական աշխատանքի դեպքում:
«Հաշվի առնելով այս հիվանդության տարածումը' ԹԽՕՀ-ի հսկման ու բուժման նպատակով Հայաստանում մենք մշակեցինք երկու տարվա ծրագիր, որպեսզի կարողանանք հասնել բուժման ավելի բարձր արդյունքի և նվազեցնել հիվանդի ծախսերը, քանի որ հիվանդության բուժումը դեռ ընդգրկված չէ պետպատվերի շրջանակներոմ, իսկ մարդիկ նմանատիպ ախտորոշման դեպքում հաշմանդամության կարգ են ստանում այն դեպքում, երբ արդեն ուշ է օգնություն տրամադրել», - ասաց Անդրանիկ Ոսկանյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ ԹԽՕՀ հիվանդները շատ են, և գալիս են բուժման ոչ թե գիտակցելով իրենց մոտ հիվանդության առկայությունը, այլ միայն այն դեպքում, երբ իրենց ծանոթները, դիմելով բժշկի, հնարավորություն են ստացել թեթևացնելու հիվանդության ազդեցությունը:
«Ներկա պահին մենք ունենք հիվանդներ, ովքեր տասը տարուց ավելի գտնվում են մեր հսկողության տակ. սա ասում է նրա մասին, որ բժշկական ճիշտ հսկողությունը և բուժումը տալիս են արդյունք, նույնիսկ' ապաքինում:
ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր թոքաբանը հավելեց, որ խնդիր է այդ հիվանդների հայտնաբերումը, պատճառների կանխարգելումը, քանի որ տարրական կենցաղային պայմանները կարող են դառնալ վիճակի վատթարացման պատճառ:
Եվ Հայստանում հեշտ կանխարգելվող, սակայն դաժան զարգացման միտում ունեցող այս հիվանդության տարածվածության պատճառը բնակչության ոչ բավարար տեղեկացվածություն է, ժամանակին բժշկի չդիմելը, բնակչության ֆինանսական ծանր վիճակը և հիվանդության դեմ պայքարի բարձր արժեքը:
