Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության նպատակը էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների համակարգն առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելն է: Այս մասին ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության աշխատակազմին նորանշանակ նախարարին ներկայացնելու ընթացքում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Այս առումով կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ արդեն իսկ գործնական փուլ ենք մտել: Ինչո՞ւ հիմա, որովհետև վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում հիմնական խնդիրը եղել է այն, որ այս հարցերի վերաբերյալ ընդհանուր  ըմբռնում ձևավորվի մեր միջազգային գործընկերների մոտ, որպեսզի այս ոլորտում արդյունավետության բարձրացման հետ կապված աշխատանքների շուրջ ունենանք համաձայնություն, և այդ համաձայնությունը տեղի ունենա լիակատար ըմբռնման պայմաններում: Այս ընթացքում մենք կարողացել ենք նաև մի քանի նախագծերի շուրջ, որոնք որոշակիորեն վտանգված էին, համաձայնություններ ձեռք բերել, որոնց նպատակը եղել է բացառապես նախագծերը և համակարգերն արդյունավետ դարձնելը»,- ասաց նա:

ՀՀ վարչապետը հավելեց, որ լրջագույն խնդիրներ կան նաև ջրային ռեսուրսների կառավարման առումով թե էներգետիկայի, թե ոռոգման իմաստով՝ շեշտելով, որ այստեղ նույնպես լրջագույն մարտահրավեր են սպասվում, որոնք պետք է անպայման հաղթահարեն: «Էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների  համակարգն այն ոլորտներից է, որտեղ իսկապես մեր երկիրը պետք է նոր մակարդակի հասնի»,- ընդգծեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
