Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խոսրով Հարությունյանը կարծում է, որ Հայաստանում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ պետք է լինեն: Պատգամավորի կարծիքով՝ այս հարցում երկրորդ կարծիք չկա: «Խոսքը կարող է գնալ միայն նրա մասին, թե երբ լինեն այդ ընտրությունները, որպեսզի դրա ընթացքում հանրությունը հնարավորություն ունենա հանգիստ, իմաստավորված ընտրություն կատարել: Այս քաղաքական կատակլիզմներից հետո հանրությունը իրավունք ունի վերագնահատել քաղաքական ուժերի դերակատարումը և իր քվեարկությամբ տալ նրանց գնահատականները»,- Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Հարությունյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ հանրությունը պետք է հնարավորություն ունենա քաղաքական ուժերին իր գնահատականը տալ հանգիստ պայմաններում, ոչ թե զգացմունքային ֆոնի վրա: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ ժամանակ էր պետք: Քանի որ ես տեղյակ չեմ, թե անցած մի քանի օրերին ինչ է տեղի ունեցել, խնդրում եմ՝ ինձ ժամանակ տվեք, ես կուսումնասիրեմ և իմ դիրքորոշումը ձեզ կասեմ»,- ընդգծեց պատգամավորը:

Խոսրով Հարությունյանը հավելեց, որ այս օրերին գործուղման մեջ է եղել և տեղյակ չէ, թե ինչ իրադարձություններ են տեղի ունեցել: Նա տեղյակ չէր, որ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ներկա և նախկին մի խումբ պատգամավորներ ստորագրահավաք են սկսել, որով աջակցում են արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները դեկտեմբերին անցկացնելու վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախաձեռնությանը:

Խոսրով Հարությունյանը հրաժարվեց նաև մեկնաբանել վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի միջև ստորագրված հուշագիրը, որի համաձայն՝ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները տեղի կունենան դեկտեմբերին, իսկ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի դեպքում Ազգային ժողովի «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցությունը վարչապետի թեկնածու չի առաջադրի և չի աջակցի մյուս խմբակցությունների կողմից թեկնածու առաջադրելու հնարավոր նախաձեռնություններին:
