Հայաստանում Իսրայելի դեսպան Շմուել Մեյրոմը հավաստիացնում է, որ Ադրբեջանին վաճառվող զենքի տեսակներն այնպիսին են, որ չեն կարող ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում: Միաժամանակ, դեսպանը շեշտում է, որ միջազգային շուկայում որեւէ պետության համար զենք գնելու խոչընդոտ չկա: «Արմենպրես» -ի հետ հարցազրույցում Շմուել Մեյրոմը խոսել է նաեւ հայ-իսրայելական հարաբերությունների ու նաեւ այն մասին, թե ինչու է Իսրայելը Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը որակում «քաղաքական հարց»:
-Պարոն դեսպան, նախ շնորհակալություն հարցազրույցի առաջարկությունը չմերժելու համար: Հարցազրույցի սկզբում խոսենք հայ-իսրայելական հարաբերություններից: Ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում դրանք:
-Յուրաքանչյուր անգամ այս հարցին ի պատասխան միշտ ասում եմ, որ Հայաստանի եւ Իսրայելի հարաբերությունները լավն են, թեպետ առկա է հսկայական ներուժ, որ դեռեւս չի իրացվել եւ իրականություն չի դարձել: Այլ խոսքերով, կան նախագծեր եւ մի շարք ոլորտներում համագործակցությունը, ինչպիսիք են համաձայնագրերի կնքումը, բարձր մակարդակի փոխադարձ այցելություններն ու մի շարք այլ ծրագրեր, օրակարգային են:
-Իսրայելի պետական այրերը Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը հաճախ անվանում են «քաղաքական հարց»: Չեք կարծո՞ւմ, որ միջազգային հանրությունն ու հատկապես Իսրայելը հարցը պետք է դիտարկեն առավելապես բարոյական, համամարդկային, այլ ոչ քաղաքական տեսանկյունից:
-Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցը յուրաքանչյուր տարի հետեւողականորեն բարձրացվել է Իսրայելում: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ մենք մի շարք հարցերի, խնդիրների հետ ենք բախվում: Մի կողմից, իսրայելցիներն ու հրեաներն ընդհանրապես հատուկ զգացմունք ունեն այն ողբերգության նկատմամբ, որ տեսել է հայ ժողովուրդը, մյուս կողմից` խնդիրն այն է, որ հարցը կրում է քաղաքական ենթատեքստ, որը վերաբերում է Թուրքիայի հետ մեր հարաբերություններին: Մենք չենք մոռացել խնդրի բարոյական ասպեկտի մասին:
-ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը պաշտոնապես հրավիրեց Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին մասնակցելու 2015թ. ապրիլի 24-ին Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի հիշատակի արարողությանը: Ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում այս քայլը:
-Կարծում եմ' շատ խիզախ եւ իմաստուն քայլ էր: Հայաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի միջեւ հարաբերությունները շատ կարեւոր են կողմերի համար եւ հարաբերությունների ջերմացումը պետք է ողջունվի երկու երկրներում էլ: Անհամբերությամբ սպասում եմ, թե երբ է բացվելու հայ-թուրքական սահմանն ու ինչպես է տեղի ունենալու մարդկանց եւ ապրանքների անարգել տեղաշարժ: Դա կօգնի նաեւ քննարկել առավել զգայուն հարցեր, ինչպիսին է Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը:
-Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի հիշատակի միջոցառումներին Իսրայելի պատվիրակության մասնակցությունը հնարավո՞ր է:
-Ես հույս ունեմ, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրում կատարվելիք ոգեկոչման արարողությանը կմասնակցի նաեւ Իսրայելի պատվիրակությունը, սակայն այս պահին, ես չեմ կարող նշել, թե ովքեր կայցելեն Երեւան:
-Եվ վերջին հարցը, պարոն դեսպան, Իսրայելն այն երկրների ցանկում է, որ մեծ քանակությամբ զենք է վաճառում Ադրբեջանին: Իսրայելում մտավախություն չկա՞, որ այդ զենքն օգտագործվելու է ընդդեմ Հայաստանի եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության եւ անկայուն իրավիճակ է ստեղծելու տարածաշրջանում:
- Իսրայելում հատուկ հանձնաժողով է գործում, որը հետեւում եւ ուսումնասիրում է ցանկացած երկրի, այդ թվում Ադրբեջանին վաճառվող զենքը: Հանձնաժողովը հավաստիացնում է, որ Ադրբեջանին վաճառվող զենքի տեսակները չեն կարող ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում: Մենք գիտենք, թե Հայաստանն այս հարցի առնչությամբ որքան զգայուն է, եւ Իսրայելը, որպես պետություն, որ նույնպես ունի հակամարտություններ իր մի շարք հարեւանների հետ, դա հասկանում է: Այնուամենայնիվ, մենք շատ լավ հասկանում ենք, որ որեւէ պետություն խնդիր չունի միջազգային շուկայում զենք գնելու հարցում: Եթե Իսրայելը կտրականապես հրաժարվի զենք վաճառել, ամեն դեպքում այլ երկրներ կվճառեն այդ զենքը:
