ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նորանշանակ նախարար Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը հայտարարագրել է երկու բնակարան, երկու ավտոտնակ, ինչպես նաև «KIA SORENTO 3.5» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի կայքում հրապարակված նրա՝ 2018թ. հայտարարագրից, որը ներկայացրել է 2018թ. հունիսին, երբ դեռ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալի պաշտոնն էր զբաղեցնում: 

Նախարարի տեղակալի պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ նրա հանձնած փոխառությունները կազմել են 10 մլն ՀՀ դրամ, 700 000 ՀՀ դրամ, 200 000 ռուսական ռուբլի և 1 200 000 ՀՀ դրամ:

Նույն ժամանակահատվածում նրա դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 5 800 000 ՀՀ դրամ և 27 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Իսկ եկամուտների հանրագումարը կազմել է 5 506 091 ՀՀ դրամ: Երկու տարբեր աշխատավարձերից ստացել է 3 489 503 և 161 280 ՀՀ դրամ եկամուտ: Իսկ տրված փոխառություններից ստացած եկամուտները կազմել են 415 282 ՀՀ դրամ, 28 380 ՀՀ դրամ, 54 566 ՀՀ դրամ:

«Այլ եկամուտներ» բաժնում նա հայտարարագրել է 1 348 120 և 8 960 ՀՀ դրամ: Նշենք, որ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը ավելի քան 15 տարի աշխատել է ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովում: 2011 թվականից եղել է ՀԾԿՀ սակագնային քաղաքականության վարչության պետը:
