Հայաստանը կորցրեց փայլուն հնարավորություն՝ կապիտալիզացնելու իշխանափոխությունից հետո ժողովրդավարությունը Հայաստանում: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 29-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, ժողովրդավարությունը փոխանակ գնա դեպի ինստիտուտներ, գնա դեպի կանոնակարգեր, պրոցեդուրաներ, ցավոք սրտի, շարունակում է ծփալ միայն ֆեյսբուքում կամ հարկ եղած դեպքում հրապարակներում ու փողոցներում:

Հարցին, թե ո՞ր ընտրական օրենսգիրքն էր ձեռնտու ՀՀԿ-ին, գործո՞ղը, թե այն, որը արդեն տապալվեց ԱԺ-ում, Աշոտյանը հստակ պատասխան չտվեց՝ նշելով հետեւյալը. «Տարօրինակ է, որ բոլորը ՀՀԿ-ին բացատրում են ՀՀԿ-ի շահը: Եթե վարչապետն այդքան մտահոգված էր ՀՀԿ-ի շահով, քաղաքական ներկայությամբ, ապա չպետք է այս 6 ամիսներին կազմակերպեր այն գործընթացը, որը ՀՀԿ-ի համար ամեն շաբաթ, ամեն ամիս լրացուցիչ հարվածներ հասցնելու քաղաքականություն էր:

Մենք այդ հարվածներին դիմացանք: Այո, ունեցանք կորուստներ, բայց կուսակցության կորիզը, կառույցները, գաղափարական շարքերը չեն նոսրացել: Մեր ընտրական շահը կերեւա ընտրարշավի ընթացքում:

Մեր ռեյտինգայինների մի զգալի մասը այլեւս մեզ հետ չէ: Սա շատ պարզ փաստարկ է ու հեշտ հաշվելի: Կարելի է բացել 2017-ի ընտրությունների արդյունքները եւ տեսնել, թե ռեյտինգայինով որքան ձայն է ստացել ՀՀԿ-ն:

Եթե այս ընտրություններում ՀՀԿ-ն անցնի խորհրդարան, փառք ու պատիվ մեզ, իսկ եթե չանցնե, այդ դեպքում խորհրդարանական քաղաքական ուժերը իրենց վրա բեռ պետք է վերցնեն ՀՀ-ում միահեծան իշխանության վիժեցման հետ կապված»:

Դիտարկմանը, թե իր խոսքից երեւում է, որ ՀՀԿ-ն արդեն ունի որոշում, որ մասնակցելու է ԱԺ ընտրություններին, Աշոտյանը նշեց, որ դեռ որոշում չունեն, դեռ քննարկումների փուլում են:
