ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Նոյեմբերյան քաղաքի ՔՊ գրասենյակի ղեկավար Սուրեն Անանյանը հրաժարական է ներկայացրել: Նա այսօր որոշման մասին տեղեկացրել է իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջի միջոցով.

Ընկերնե՛ր, 
Տարիներ շարունակ լինելով արդար, հզոր և մերիտոկրատական պետության և արժանապատիվ հասարակություն կերտելու գաղափարի կրող, այդ գաղափարի իրականացման համար ցուցաբերելով քաղաքացիական վարքագիծ՝ որպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, մշտապես մասնակցել եմ քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության, արդարացի բողոքի բարձրաձայնմանն ուղղված բոլոր նախաձեռնություններին, երբ եղել եմ վստահ, որ դրանով կարող եմ օգտական լինել պետությանը: Թավշյա հեղափոխության օրերին միլիոնավորների հետ մեկտեղ հպարտությամբ մասնակցել եմ մեր երազած երկիրը կերտելու հեռանկարային գործին: Իսկ այս գործը շարունակական է, անդադար և պահանջում է պայքար: Իհարկե, պայքարն ավելի արդյունավետ է լինում, երբ այն ընթանում է քաղաքական դաշտում՝ քաղաքական ինստիտուտների միջոցով: Սա էր պատճառը, որ որոշեցի անդամակցել հեղափոխության մեջ ներդրում ունեցող քաղաքական ուժին (ՔՊ): Սակայն ժամանակը ցույց տվեց, որ ինչպես հեղափոխության ժամանակ էր ասվում՝ <<ԱՅՍ ՊԱՅՔԱՐԸ ԿՈՒՍԱԿՑԱԿԱՆ ՊԱՅՔԱՐ ՉԷ, ԱՅՍ ՊԱՅՔԱՐԸ ԺՈՂՈՎՐԴԱԿԱՆ Է>>: 
Տեղեկացնում եմ, որ ես դադարեցնում եմ կուսակցական աշխատանքս՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև տեղական նշանակության կազմակերպչական հարցերում առկա որոշ՝ իմ անդամակցության հետ անհամատեղելի տարաձայնությունները: Սակայն դա չի՛ նշանակում, որ դադարեցնում եմ պայքարս հանուն վերը նշված գաղափարների, որոնց կրողը կլինեմ մշտապես: Թերևս, ինձ համար առաջնային է ՔԱՂԱՔԱՑԻ կերտելը՝ որպես հզոր պետության հիմնասյուն: Այդ իսկ պատճառով այս ժամանակահատվածում ես իմ գործունեությունը կշարունակեմ կուսակցական ձևաչափից դուրս:
Շնորհակալ եմ բոլորին, ովքեր այս կարճ ժամանակում Նոյեմբերյանի և շրջակա մյուս համայնքներում համախմբվեցին և սատար կանգնեցին մեր ընդհանուր գործին՝ ձևավորելով լավ մարդկանց թիմ, ովքեր աշխատում են ոչ թե ինչ-որ բան տանելու, այլ ինչ-որ օգուտ տալու համար: Վստահ եմ, որ բոլորիս համար առաջնային պետք է լինեն ոչ թե իշխանական նկրտումները, անձնական հավակնությունները, նեղ թայֆայական շահերը և մարտնչող տգիտությունը, այլ ՀԵՂԱՓՈԽՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԻԴԵԱԼՆԵՐԸ:
