Սուրեն Պապիկյանը ներկայացրել է Հրազդանի նորընտիր քաղաքապետ Սևակ Միքայելյանին

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն այսօր Հրազդանի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմին, համայնքի ավագանու անդամներին և համայնքային ենթակայության կառույցների պատասխանատուներին է ներկայացրել Հրազդանի նորընտիր  քաղաքապետ Սևակ Միքայելյանին: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Ողջունելով համայնքապետարանի աշխատակիցներին և ավագանու անդամներին՝ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը նշել է, որ Հրազդան քաղաքի համար այսօր մի նոր կարևոր էջի սկիզբ է դրվում, քանզի համայնքն այլևս ունի ազատ և արդար ընտրությունների արդյունքում ընտրված ղեկավար։ Սուրեն Պապիկյանի խոսքով հետհեղափոխական նոր Հայաստանում առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին իշխանությունների կողմից պետք է երաշխավորված լինի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու քվեի ազատ իրացման և քաղաքական ուժերի համար հավասար պայմաններ ստեղծելու հնարավորությունը։ «Ընտրություններում հաղթանակ տանելը ինքնանպատակ չհամարելով՝ մեր քաղաքական ուժի համար սկզբունքային է բոլոր կուսակցությունների և թեկնածուների համար հավասար պայմանների ստեղծումն ու քաղաքական գործընթացներում քաղաքացու հաղթանակը։ Առաջ դեպի հավասար հնարավորությունների Հայաստան»,-ասել է նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը։

Սուրեն Պապիկյանը շնորհավորել է Սևակ Միքայելյանին Հրազդանի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնում ընտրվելու կապակցությամբ՝ նրան մաղթելով բեղուն աշխատանքային գործունեություն։ Նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նաև համայնքի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Լիլիթ Ստեփանյանին կարճ ժամանակահատվածում խիստ պատասխանատու և արգասաբեր գործունեություն ծավալելու համար։

Իր հերթին Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը ևս շնորհավորել է նորընտիր քաղաքապետին ու արձանագրել, որ Հրազդանն այլևս ունի ազատ, արդար և մրցակցային պայմաններում ընտրված քաղաքապետ։ Մարզպետը նկատել է, որ վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցառումները փոփոխություններ արձանագրելու ու Հրազդանին իր վաղեմի ժպիտը վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ և հավաստիացրել, որ պատրաստակամ են քաղաքական թիմով նորընտիր քաղաքապետի հետ միասին գործադրել անհրաժեշտ բոլոր ջանքերը գեղեցիկ ու գրավիչ մարզկենտրոն ունենալու համար։

 Սևակ Միքայելյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սուրեն Պապիկյանին շնորհավորանքների ու բարեմաղթանքների համար և վստահեցրել, որ համախմբված ու համակարգված աշխատանքի միջոցով կհասնեն քաղաքի շենացմանը։
