ՀՀ ԿԲ-ն և Հայաստանի առևտրային բանկերն ընթացիկ գործունեությունը պլանավորելիս հաշվի են առնում Իրանի նկատմամբ ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցներից բխող հնարավոր հետևանքները

ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկը և Հայաստանի տարածքում գործող առևտրային բանկերը քաջատեղյակ են Իրանի նկատմամբ ԱՄՆ կողմից կիրառվող պատժամիջոցների ամբողջ ծավալով վերականգնման հանգամանքին և իրենց ընթացիկ գործունեությունը պլանավորելիս հաշվի են առնում դրանից բխող հնարավոր հետևանքները։ Այս մասին նշված է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի ֆեյսբուքի պաշտոնական էջում:

«ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկը սերտ համագործակցություն է ծավալում իր միջազգային գործընկերների հետ՝ ՀՀ ֆինանսական համակարգի կայունությանը սպառնացող առկա ու հնարավոր ռիսկերը ժամանակին հայտորոշելու և արդյունավետ կերպով կանխարգելելու նպատակով։

Ինչպես ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկը, այնպես էլ ՀՀ տարածքում գործող առևտրային բանկերը քաջատեղյակ են սույն թվականի մայիսի 8-ին Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահի հայտարարության համաձայն օգոստոսի 6-ին և նոյեմբերի 5-ին Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության նկատմամբ Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների կողմից կիրառվող պատժամիջոցների ամբողջ ծավալով վերականգնման հանգամանքին և իրենց ընթացիկ գործունեությունը պլանավորելիս հաշվի են առնում դրանից բխող հնարավոր հետևանքները։

Հարկ է նշել, որ ՀՀ ֆինանսական համակարգի մասնակիցները դեռևս մինչև 2016 թվականի հունվարի 16-ին Վեցյակի (Մեծ Բրիտանիա, Ֆրանսիա, Գերմանիա, Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներ, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն, Չինաստան) կողմից Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագրի հաստատվելը ներդրել են, իսկ այդ ծրագրից ընթացիկ տարվա մայիսի 8-ին Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների դուրս գալուց հետո էլ շարունակում են կիրառել կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների ամբողջական համակարգ։

Նշված համակարգը ՀՀ ֆինանսական հաստատություններին թույլ է տալիս զերծ մնալ փողերի լվացման, ահաբեկչության ֆինանսավորման, զանգվածային զենքի տարածման ֆինանսավորմանը որևէ կերպ առնչվող գործառնություններից՝ լիովին ապահովելով դրանց մասով միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, մասնավորապես՝ Միացյալ ազգերի կազմակերպության անվտանգության խորհրդի որոշումներով նախատեսված սահմանափակումների և արգելքների պատշաճ իրագործումը։

ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկը սերտ համագործակցություն է ծավալում իր միջազգային գործընկերների հետ՝ ՀՀ ֆինանսական համակարգի կայունությանը սպառնացող առկա ու հնարավոր ռիսկերը ժամանակին հայտորոշելու և արդյունավետ կերպով կանխարգելելու նպատակով»,- ասված է ՀՀ ԿԲ հայտարարությունում։
