Այսօր ԱԺ-ում՝ 2015թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանը, ՀԱԿ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ հիմքում ոչ մի ռազմավարական տեսլական չկա ու, ըստ էության, գործ ունենք անողնաշար բյուջեի հետ:
«Գազի ու հոսանքի գինը թանկացել է, մի երկու կոպեկ տանք թոշակառուներին, մի երկու կվտ-ի փոխհատուցում, մի երկու կոպեկ տանք ուսուցիչներին, ու... ու ոչ մի բան: Սա է եղել կառավարության մոտեցումը: Պատկերացրեք բյուջեում ոչ մի խոսք չկա աղքատության հաղթահարման մասին:
Ու հիմա չենք հասկանում՝ բյուջեով աղքատությունն ավելանալո՞ւ է, թե՞ պակասելու է: Բյուջեին ծանոթանալով հասկանում ենք, որ Հայաստանը հայտնվել է տոկոսի տակ ընկած գյուղացու կարգավիճակում: Էն որ մի բանկից վերցնում, մի վարկն են մարում, մյուս բանկից վերցնում, մյուս վարկն են մարում:
Ինչո՞ւ եմ այսպես ասում, քանի որ 2015-ին ՀՀ կառավարությունը նախատեսում է 114 մլրդ դոլարի պարտք է վերցնել և պատրաստվում է 115 մլրդ դրամի պարտք փակել: Սա ինչ է, եթե ոչ տոկոսի տակ ընկած պետություն:
Փաշինյանը խոսեց նաև ոչ իշխանական եռյակից՝ ասելով, որ սա ոչ իշխանական եռյակի դեպքը չէ, որ ամռանն ասեն աշուն, աշնանն ասեն ձմեռ, ձմռանն ասեն' գարուն ու հարցը ձգձգեն.
«ԲՀԿ-ն ասում է՝ դե գիտեք ինչ, այս կառավարությունը շատ ծանր ժառանգություն է ստացել նախորդից: Կներեք, էդ ե՞ս էի նստած այստեղ, նախորդ կառավարության բերած նախագծերը շուտ անցկացնում: Էդ ես չէի, էդ վարչապետի պաշտոնում գտնվող Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն էր: ԲՀԿ պատգամավորներից մի քանիսն աշխատել են նախորդ կառավարությունում:
Հիմա էլ ի՞նչ ժառանգության մասին ենք խոսում: Էլ չեմ ասում, որ այդ նույն Տիգրան Սարգսյանի ձախողված կառավարության գործունեության 70%-ի ժամանակ ԲՀԿ-ն եղել է կառավարող կոալիցիայի անդամ: Նենց որ, ԲՀԿ-ի գործընկերները թող իրենց մասին մտածեն, ոչ թե Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի:
Կարո՞ղ է մի երկու շաբաթից էլ ասեք, թե Սերժ Սարգսյանը ծանր ժառանգություն է ստացել, քանի որ Տիգրան Սարգսյանն այս իրավիճակին է հասցրել»:
