Ալավերդու պղնձաձուլարանը փակելու հարցը դեռ քննարկվում է, փակելու համար չկա նաև պարտադրանք կառավարության կողմից: Սակայն, վաղ թե ուշ պղնձաձուլարանը փակվելու է։ Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում կառավարության անդամների հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանը:
 
ԱԺ ՀՅԴ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմենուհի Կյուրեղյանն ասաց, որ վերջերս Ալավերդու պղնձաձուլարանի փակման որոշման հետ կապված խնդրի առաջ են կանգնել 650 աշխատողներ, որոնք կկորցնեն իրենց աշխատանքը: «Պայմանագիրը դեռ շարունակվում է, սակայն նրանք աշխատանքը կորցնելու վտանգի առաջ են: Եթե հաշվի առնենք նաև վերջերս Թեղուտի հանքավայրի 1200 աշխատակիցների աշխատանքային պայմանագրերի լուծարումը, ստացվում է, որ մոտ 1800 աշխատողներ Ալավերդու տարածաշրջանում կորցնելու են իրենց աշխատանքը»,- ասաց նա:
 
Կյուրեղյանը նշեց, որ հարցի քննարկումների ժամանակ հնչել են կարծիքներ, որ պղնձաձուլարանի փակման մեջ վճռորոշ դեր է ունեցել կառավարության պահանջը՝ ապահովել բնապահպանական նորմերը:
 
«Փակելու մասին վերջնական որոշում չկա, այս պահի դրությամբ հարցը քննարկվում է՝ Ալավերդու պղնձաձուլարանի, Թեղուտի և ռուսական ՎՏԲ բանկի հետ համատեղ: Դա ընդհանուր խնդիր է, որը կապված է Թեղուտի խնդրի հետ: Այդ բանակցություններում կառավարությունը ակտիվ դեր է ստանձնել: Եվ ես կարծում եմ, որ պղնձաձուլարանի հարցը չեն կարող դիտարկել միան աշխատատեղերի տեսանկյունից, որովհետև այն ոչ միայն միջազգային, այլև տեղական ստանդարտներով բավականին մեծ չափով աղտոտում է շրջակա միջավայրը», - ընդգծեց Ավինյանը:
 
Նա նկատեց, որ վաղ թե ուշ պղնձաձուլարանը, ընդհանուր առմամբ, փակվելու է։ Սակայն փակվելուն զուգահեռ դիտարկվում են նաև ներդրումային ծրագրեր Ալավերդիում:
 
«Այս պահին քննարկվում է շատ ավելի մեծ պղնձաձուլական կոմպլեքսի կառուցումը, որը տարեկան 100 հազար տոննա խտանյութ է կարողանալու մշակել: Այս պահի դրությամբ՝ փակման վերջնական որոշում չկա, և կառավարության կողմից նման պարտադրանք չկա: Ընթանում են բանակցություններ, վստահեցնում եմ, որ դրանք կգան որոշակի տրամաբանական եզրահանգման ու կբերեն որոշակի լուծումների»,- շեշտեց Ավինյանը:
 
Փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատարն ասաց նաև, որ Թեղուտի հանքի ռեկուլտիվացիայի հարց չի քննարկվում: Քննարկվում է Թեղուտի հանքի վերաշահագործման, նոր օպերատորի ներգրավման հարցը։
