«Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի գործունեության գերակա ուղղություններից մեկը համահայկական ծրագրերի իրականացումն է:

Առաջնահերթ համարելով հայրենիք-սփյուռք կապի ամրապնդումն ու սփյուռքում հայ ինքնության պահպանման խնդիրը՝ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը հատկապես վերջին տարիներին ֆինանսական մեծ օժանդակություն է ցուցաբերում սփյուռքի հայկական կառույցներին: 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 24-ից 26-ը Մեծի Տանն Կիլկիկո Արամ Ա Կաթողիկոսի հրավերով Լիբանանի Հանրապետություն կատարած աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հայտարարեց, որ հիմնադրամը հետայսու պատրաստվում է զգալի միջոցներ հատկացնել համահայկական կարևորագույն ծրագրերի իրականացմանը: Արամ Առաջինի հետ հանդիպմանը, որին ներկա էին նաև Բերիո և Լիբանանի հայոց թեմերի առաջնորդներն ու ազգային կենտրոնական վարչության անդամները, հանգամանորեն ներկայացվեցին վերջին 5 տարիներին Սիրիայում ընթացող պատերազմի աղետալի հետևանքներն ու սիրիահայ համայնքի կրած մեծ կորուստները:

Նշվեց, որ լուրջ խնդիրների առջև են հայտնվել հատկապես հայկական կրթօջախները: Լսելով ներկաների մտահոգությունները՝ Ծառուկյանը ընդգծեց, որ յուրաքանչյուր հայ պարտավոր է հնարավորության սահմանում օգնության ձեռք մեկնել կարիքի մեջ գտնվող հայրենակիցներին և հայտնեց, որ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը 500.000 դոլար կնվիրաբերի սիրիահայ համայնքին և Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսությանը:

«Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամն անմասն չի մնում նաև հայկական երկրորդ պետության՝ Արցախի զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերից: Համոզված լինելով, որ յուրաքանչյուր հա պարտավոր է աջակցությանն իր մասնաբաժինն ունենալ Արցախի զարգացման գործում՝ Ծառուկյանը բազմաթիվ անգամներ է իր օժանդակությունը ցուցաբերել երկրի տնտեսության համար առանցքային նշանակություն ունեցող ծրագրերի իրականացմանը: ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հրավերով 2014 թվականի աշնանը մեկնելով Արցախ և ծանոթանալով երկրի հարավային թևում գտնվող Արաքսավան համայնքում ընթացող աշխատանքներին՝ ԳագիկԾառուկյանը կարևորել է այդ ծրագրի կենսագործումը և այն իրականացնելու համար հատկացրել ֆինանսական խոշոր օժանդակություն:

Հիմնադրամի կողմից նորաստեղծ Արաքսավանում բնակվող յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի 10-ը հազարական ամերիկյան դոլար հատկացվեց: Բցի այդ՝ Արցախի Ներքին գործերի նախարարությանն ու Սահմանապահ զորքերին հատկացվեցին «Նիվա» մակնիշի մեքենաներ, իսկ Արաքսավանում գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներն իրականացնելու համար՝ տրակտորներ: Ավելի քան 2000 տոննա ցեմենտ է հատկացվել նաև համայնքում ընթացող շինարարական աշխատանքների համար:

Պետք է նշել, որ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամն իր գործունեությունն է տարածում նաև Հայաստանի սահմաններից դուրս: Արդեն տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ սերտ գործակցություն է հաստատել նաև Քուվեյթի հայկական համայնքի հետ: Ամեն ինչ սկսվեց 2013 թվականի գարնանը, երբ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորությամբ, Ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեների միջազգային ասոցիացիայի, Ասիայի օլիմպիական կոմիտեի և Քուվեյթի ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեի նախագահ Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադ Ալ Սաբահի հրավերով մեկնեց Քուվեյթ:

Այդ ժամանակ էլ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը այցելել է 1961թ.-ին հիմնադրված Քուվեյթի հայ ազգային վարժարան, որը պարսից ծոցի և արաբական երկրների միակ ամենօրյա հայկական կրթօջախն է և ունի ավելի քան 500 աշակերտ: Ցուցաբերած ջերմ ընդունելության ընթացքում վարժարանի սաներն ու պատասխանատուները Ծառուկյանին խնդրեցին բարձր առաջադիմություն ունեցող մի քանի տասնյակ աշակերտների հնարավորություն ընձեռել Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի օրերին գտնվել Հայաստանում: 2015-ի ապրիլի 22-24-ը վարժարանի մի քանի տասնյակից ավելի սաներ ու մանկավարժներ հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ հայրենիքում էին:
