ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում հայ արտադրողների շահերի պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ է իրականացրել

ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն ընթացիկ տարում ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում հայ արտադրողների շահերի պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ իրականացրել է ակտիվ աշխատանքներ:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանը:

«ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության մարմինը ակտիվորեն համագործակցում է այլ երկրների մրցակցության պաշտպանության մարմինների հետ: Այդ համագործակցության արդյունքում մեզ հաջողվել է լուծել բազմաթիվ մրցակցային խնդիրներ, որոնք առաջացել են այլ երկրներում և վերաբերել են Հայաստանի արտահանող ընկերություններին: Հայկական երկու խոշոր ընկերություն՝ «Դուստր Մարիաննան» և «Գրանդ Տոբակոն» իրենց արտադրանքը ռուսական շուկայում իրացնելիս՝ հանդիպել էին մուտքի խոչընդոտների, ինչի ադյունքում սահմանափակվել էր նրանց մուտքը ՌԴ շուկա»,- նշեց Շաբոյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ համագործակցության շնորհիվ առկա բոլոր խոչընդոտները վերացվել են և ներկայումս այս երկու ընկերությունը կարողանում են հաջողությամբ արտահանել իրենց արտադրանքը ՌԴ-ում:

«Ներկայումս կան ընկերությունների ներկայացրած բողոքներ, որոնք այս պահին հանձնաժողովի վարույթում են. բողոքները  հիմնականում վերաբերում են ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում գործունեությանը: Առաջին գործով բողոք է ներկայացրել «Տարոն Ավիան»՝ ՌԴ օդանավակայանների կողմից խտրական գների կիրառման վերաբերյալ, ինչը թույլ չի տալիս հավասար պայմաններով մրցակցելու ռուսական ավիաընկերությունների հետ: Խնդիրներ բարձրացրել է նաև «Գրանդ Քենդին», որը տեղեկացնում է, որ ռուսական մի քանի ընկերություն արտադրում և իրացնում են «Պանդա» անվանումով շոկոլադներ, որի իրավունքը սակայն չունեն: Երրորդ դեպքում էլ հարցն առնչվում է ռուսական հրուշակեղենի շուկայի երկրորդ խոշորագույնը համարվող «ԿԴՎ գրուպ» ընկերության գործունեությանը»,- շեշտեց ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ վերջին ընկերության դեմ բողոք ներկայացրել է տեղական շուկայի 6 արտադրող, որոնք տեղեկացնում են, որ ընկերությունը ՀՀ շուկայում իրականացնում է դեմպինգ, քանի որ սպառողն իր արտադրանքն իրացնում է ինքնարժեքից ցածր գնով:

Շաբոյանը հավելեց նաև, որ ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն ԵԱՏՄ գործընկերների հետ ակտիվ համագործակցության միջոցով լինելու է հետևողական՝ հայկական ընկերությունների շահերը պաշտպանելու ուղղությամբ:
