Դեկտեմբերի 9-ին տեղի կունենա ժողովրդի իշխանության ձևավորման ավարտը:Կարելի է ասել՝ վերջին երկու տասնամյակների ընթացքում մեր ժողովուրդը սպասել է հենց այն օրվան , թե երբ ի վերջո տեղի կունենան Հայաստանի պատմության ամենաարդար ընտրությունները: Իհարկե այս ամենը կասկած չի հարուցում և այն իսկապես տեղի կունենա հաշված օրեր հետո: Սա հեղափոխական ընտրություններ պետք է լինի մեր՝ հեղափոխության բովով անցած երկրում։ Բայց կա ավելի կարևոր հեղափոխություն ևս՝ տնտեսական հեղափոխություն,որը նույնպես պետք է տեղի ունենա դեկտեմբերյան ընտրություններից հետո:
Հիշենք ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հայտարարել էր այս ամենի մասին ամիսներ առաջ:Կարելի է ասել որ թավշյա, ոչ բռնի հեղափոխությունը շատ քիչ է մնացել ավարտին հասցնելու համար, բայց տնտեսական հեղափողությունը ավելի շատ ժամանակ է պահանջում իրենից :Այն ավելի շատ դժվարություններ, ռեսուրսներ է պահանջում քան թավշյա հեղափոխությունը: Քաղաքական հեղափոխության գնում է ժողովուրդը, ով ընտրություն, կատարում և իր ընտրությունը հաստատում է նոր իշխանությամբ և հենց ժողովրդի իշխանություն: Իսկ տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը՝ այն էլ մեր նման պետության համար, որը գտնվում է պատերազմական վիճակում, շրջապատված է թշնամիներով՝ ունենալով ոչ բարենպաստ աշխարհագրական դիրք, երկար ժամանակ է պահանջում տնտեսական հեղափոխության հասնելու հարցում: Բայց քանի որ տնտեսական հեղափոխության գաղափարի հեղինակը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն է , այն երկար սպասեցնել չի տա: Ասվածը հիմնավորվում է նրանով, որ այդ հայտարարությունից հետո բոլորս տեսանք, թե ինչպես է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի խոսքը գործի է վերածվում:Մի քանի հաշված օրերի ընթացքում բացվեցին գործարաններ, ստեղծվեցին մի քանի հազար աշխատատեղեր: 
Մեր երկիր ժամանեցին աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից գործարարներ՝ ներդրումներ կատարելու նպատակով: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը այս օրերի ընթացքում այնքան բան արեց, որոնց համար տարիներ են պահաջում․ սա տնտեսական հեղափոխության մեկնարկն էր, տնտեսական հեղափոխություն, որը իր մեջ ներառում է տարբեր ոլորտներ, Հայաստանը տանում է դեպի զարգացման,հզորացման:Հպարտությամբ կարելի է ասել, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հրաշալի մեկնարկ է տվել տնտեսական հեղափոխության իրականացմանը:Այս ամենի շնորհիվ Հայաստանում կպակասի գործազրկությունը,կավելանա ներգաղթը:
