Երկար տարիներ է ինչ մեր պետության ներսում բոլորս սպասում ենք արդար ընտրությունների: Դրան հասնելու համար ամիսներ առաջ արեցինք հեղափոխություն, որն իր առաջին ծիլերը կտա դեկտեմբերի կայանալիք ընտրություններից հետո: Սակայն մինչ ընտրությունների ավարտը արդեն իսկ մեր երկրում բոլորս ականատես ենք լինում մի հեղախողության, որն անվանվում է տնտեսական հեղախոխություն: Այս եզրույթը թերևս կապվում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անվան հետ, ով «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» խորագիրը կրող համաժողովի ժամանակ հայտարարեց, որ ամեն բան անելու է երկրում տնտեսական հեղափոխություն իրականացնելու համար: Շատերի կարծիքով տնտեսական հեղափոխություն իրականացնելու համար կպահանջվի բավականին երկար ժամանակ, սակայն Գ.Ծառուկյանը երկար սպասեցնել չտվեց:
ԵՎ այո անցել է կարճ ժամանակ, սակայն արդեն ականատես ենք լինում այնպիսի փոփոխությունների, որոնք մեր երկրի տնտեսության համար կարող են լինել հիմնաքարային: Կառուցվում են բազմաթիվ գործարաններ, որոնք ծառայելու են ոչ միայն տնտեսության զարգացման համար այլ նաև մեծաթիվ մարդկանց ապահովելու են աշխատանքով, ինչն էլ ներկա պահին համարվում է տնտեսական հեղափոխության կարևորագույն խնդիրներից մեկը: ԵՎ այսօր մեր երկիրը, հեղափոխությունից հետո շատ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում գրանցում է այնպիսի տնտեսական վերելք, որը պարզապես անկախատեսելի էր և դա արվում է ի շնորհիվ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ջանքերի: 
Ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ հիմա, ամեն կերպ աջակցում է երկրի զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի կյանքի կոչմանը:
