Հայաստանում արդեն կես տարի է՝ քաղաքական առումով՝ այլ իրողություն է:

Ապրիլյան գործընթացներից հետո ՀՀ կառավարող համակարգն աբողջովին փոխվեց և քաղաքական դաշտում սկսվեցին նոր վերադասավորումներ:

Համաշխարհային հեղափոխությունների փորձը փաստում է, որ հեղափոխությունները միշտ չէ, որ ցանկալի լուծում են ապահովում: Ավելին՝ հատկապես վերջին տարիների հեղափոխությունները հանգեցրել են ապակայունացման, տնտեսական, նույնիսկ՝ տարածքային կորուստների:

Ահա այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով է, որ խոսվում է հեղափոխության ամրապնդման մասին, ավելի կոնկրետ՝ տնտեսական հեղափոխության մասին:

Այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է տնտեսական հեղափոխություն՝ ակնհայտ է, քանի որ քաղաքական բլոկը հեղափոխությունից հետո կայացած է, իսկ տնտեսական հեղափոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել: Ստեղծված իրավիճակում, առանց տնտեսական հեղափոխության՝ տնտեսությունը չի կարող զարգանալ և դրանից բխում է, որ երկրին հարկավոր են տնտեսական շուտափույթ բարեփոխումներ, իսկ դրանք չիրականացնելու դեպքում կարձանագրվի տնտեսության և քաղաքականության խզում:

Այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով էր, որ տնտեսական հեղափոխության մասին առաջինը խոսեց տնտեսության մասին սրտացավ մտածողը՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը: Կարևորելով տնտեսության արմատական ռեֆորմները՝ Ծառուկյանը «Մուլտի Գրանդ» հյուրանոցում կազմակերպեց «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» խորագրով կլոր սեղան-համաժողովը:

Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են ԲՀԿ նախագահի հրավերով Հայաստան ժամանած՝ ավելի քան 20 երկրի խորհրդարանների պատգամավորներ, նախարարներ, բիզնես ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ, առևտրի և արդյունաբերական պալատների նախագահներ, խոշոր ընկերությունների ղեկավար կազմի ներկայացուցիչներ: Ծառուկյանը, խոսելով Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած քաղաքական փոփոխությունների մասին, հայտարարել է, որ այսօր ժամանակն է տնտեսական հեղափոխության:

Նա իր պատրաստակամությունն է հայտնել ծանոթացնելու հյուրերին ՀՀ բիզնես միջավայրի տարբեր ոլորտների առանձնահատկություններին: Սրան զուգահեռ, համաժողովի ժամանակ, առանձին շեշտադրումներով խոսվել է բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների, տեքստիլ և արդյունաբերական ոլորտներում կոնկրետ քայլերի մասին՝ քննարկելով ներդրումային հնարավորությունների ռեալ տեսլականները:
