Յուրաքանչյուր երկրի համար կարևոր է արտաքին քաղաքականությունը, քանի որ այն ուղղակի և անուղղակի եղանակներով ազդում է տվյալ երկրի թե՛ ներքաղաքական, թե՛ տնտեսական կյանքի վրա։ Հաշվի առնելով մեր երկրում տիրող իրավիճակը՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ձեռնամուխ է եղել բարեկամական կապերի հաստատմանը Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի միացյալ թագավորության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև։ Այսպիսով Հայաստան են ժամանել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կառավարության նախկին անդամ, Մարգրեթ Թետչերի և Դեյվիդ Քեմերոնի օրոք նախարարի պաշտոն զբաղեցրած լորդ Ֆրանսիս Մոդը, Լորդերի պալատի անդամ, Բարոնուհի Սիմոն Ֆիննը, Լոնդոնի Policy Exchange ուղեղային կենտրոնի ավագ գիտաշխատող, գրող, հրապարակախոս Վիլյամ Շոուքրոսը և London Infrastructure ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Աֆզալ Ամինը: 
Հանդիպման ժամանակ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը խոսել է ներքաղաքական պրոցեսների մասին, ներկայացրել է ԲՀԿ-ի նախընտրական ծրագիրը։ Մեծ Բրիտանիայից ժամանած պատվիրակության անդամները՝ վստահելով Ծառուկյանի հեղինակությանը, շեշտեցին, որ հնարավոր ամեն ինչ կանեն Հայաստանին օգնելու համար։ Այս ամենի մեջ մեծ է ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի դերը, քանի որ հենց նա է նախաձեռնել այս հանդիպումը, ու հենց նրա շնորհիվ է, որ Հիմա Հայաստանը գտնվում է մի շարք Եվրոպական ու Ասիական երկրների ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Ու յուրաքանչյուր օտարերկրացի գործարար, ով ցանկություն է հայտնում ներդրում կատարել Հայաստանում, հաշվի է առնում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ֆակտորը։ 
Սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ Հայաստան են ժամանում օտարերկրյա պաշտոնյաներ ու գործարարներ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով։ Նա զբաղվում է ոչ միայն արտախորհրդարանական կապերի զարգացմամբ, այլև բարեկամական ու ընկերական կապերի հաստատմամբ։ 
Այս այցի դրական արդյունքը, անկասկած, իրեն երկար սպասեցնել չի տա, ու մենք ևս մեկ անգամ ականատեսը կլինենք, թե ինչպես է ժողովրդի վստահությունը վայելող Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը դառնում ներդրումների հիմնական երաշխավորը՝ Հայաստանում։
