«Հպարտ եմ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի ՀՀ հյուպատոսության խորհրդական-հյուպատոսով»․ քաղաքացին շնորհակալ է Վազգեն Սարգսյանից

ՀՀ քաղաքացին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի օդանավակայանում խնդրի առաջ է կանգնել խոշոր գումար տեղափոխելիս: Բանն այն է, որ նախքան Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ մեկնելը, վերջինս հայտարարագիր չի ներկայացրել այն պարզ պատճառով, որ պետք է մնար ԵԱՏՄ մաքսային տարածքում և կարծել է՝ հայտարարագիր լրացնելու անհրաժեշտություն չկա։ Սակայն Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում իրավապահ մարմինների հետ խնդիրներ են առաջացել. ասել են, որ նա դուրս է եկել ԵԱՏՄ տարածքից, քանի որ ՌԴ է հասել տարանցիկ երկրով (Վրաստան)։

ՌԴ-ում քաղաքացու խնդիրը լուծվել է միայն Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ՀՀ հյուպատոսության խորհրդական-հյուպատոս Վազգեն Սարգսյանի միջամտությամբ, ում էլ մեր միջոցով քաղաքացին շնորհակալություն է հայտնում:

ԼՈւՐԵՐ․com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում քաղաքացի Գևորգ Մելիքյանը պատմեց, որ խնդիրն առաջացել է Երևան-Թբիլիսի-Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ երթուղով թռչելու հետևանքով։ Ռուսները, հիմնվելով դրա վրա՝ թույլ չեն տվել դուրս գալ օդանավակայանից՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե իրենց երկիր գնացել է ոչ թե ԵԱՏՄ տարածքից, այլ 3-րդ երկրից։

«Ռուսների խոսքով՝ այդ քայլով խախտել եմ իրենց օրենքը։ Այնուհետև, ստուգեցին փաստաթղթերս և տեսան, որ իմ անձնագրում Թբիլիսի մուտքի և ելքի կնիք չկա, և ես տրանզիտով եմ թռել Թբիլիսիից։ Մենք թեժ հեռախոսագծի միջոցով դիմեցինք ՀՀ հյուպատոսության խորհրդական-հյուպատոս Վազգեն Սարգսյանին, որն անմիջապես եկավ և բոլոր հարցերը կարգավորեց օրենքով սահմաված կարգով։ Թեև ես այս պահին խնդրի մասին շատ հպանցիկ եմ  խոսում, սակայն այն բավականին լուրջ հարց էր և միայն հյուպատոսի աջակցությամբ լուծվեց։ Հակառակ դեպքում՝ չեմ էլ պատկերացնում՝ ինչ կարող էր լինել ինձ հետ և ինչքան լուրջ ֆինանսական խնդիրների կարող էի բախվել: Դա կանխելու համար  շնորհակալությունս եմ հայտնում ՀՀ հյուպատոսության խորհրդական-հյուպատոսին: Հպարտ եմ, որ երկրից դուրս կա նման մարդ, որը կարող է պաշտպանել ՀՀ քաղաքացու շահերը»,- նշեց Գևորգ Մելիքյանը։
