Դեկտեմբերի 14-ին Բաքվում կայացավ Սևծովյան տնտեսական համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՍԾՏՀԿ) անդամ պետությունների արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի 39-րդ հանդիպումը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ տեղեկատվության եւ հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից,  հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին ՌԴ, Ադրբեջանի, Թուրքիայի և Մոլդովայի ԱԳ նախարարները, Վրաստանի, Բուլղարիայի, Հունաստանի, Ուկրաինայի, Ռումինիայի ԱԳ նախարարների տեղակալները, Թուրքիայում Ալբանիայի դեսպանը, Սերբիայի ԱԳՆ տնտեսական համագործակցության վարչության պետը:

ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը ղեկավարում էր ՀՀ ԱԳՆ բազմակողմ և երկկողմ տնտեսական համագործակցության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Քոչարյանը` պատվիրակության կազմում էր նաև ՍԾՏՀ-ում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Արսեն Ավագյանը:

Հանդիպումը բացեց Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Էլմար Մամադյարովը: Այնուհետև ելույթ ունեցան ՍԾՏՀ անդամ պետությունների պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարները:

Իր ելույթում Աշոտ Քոչարյանն անդրադարձավ ՍԾՏՀԿ օրակարգային հարցերին, կազմակերպության շրջանակներում իրականացվող համագործակցությանը, ՍԾՏՀԿ բարեփոխումներին և կազմակերպության արդյունավետության բարձրացմանն առնչվող խնդիրներին։ Նա նշեց, որ Հայաստանը 2018թ. առաջին կեսի նախագահության շրջանակներում վերահաստատեց իր հավատարմությունը կազմակերպության կանոնադրությունում ամրագրված սկզբունքներին և նպատակներին՝ ուղղված տնտեսական օրակարգի և բաղադրիչի ամրապնդմանն ու ընդլայնմանը: Նա ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանը՝ որպես տեղեկատվական և հաղորդակցման տեխնոլոգիաների ՍԾՏՀ աշխատանքային խմբի համակարգող երկիր, կշարունակի իր ջանքերը՝ ուղղված այդ ոլորտում անդամ պետությունների արդյունավետ համագործակցության ապահովմանն: Աշոտ Քոչարյանն ընդգծեց, որ կազմակերպության գործունեությունը քաղաքականացնելու և քաղաքական առճակատման հարթակ դարձնելու ՍԾՏՀԿ որոշ անդամ երկրների փորձերն անընդունելի են և խարխլում են ՍԾՏՀԿ հեղինակությանը՝ որպես արդյունավետ տարածաշրջանային տնտեսական կազմակերպություն:

Արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի 39-րդ հանդիպման արդյունքում ընդունվեցին բանաձևեր, որոշումներ և առաջարկություններ, տեղի ունեցավ ՍԾՏՀԿ-ում նախագահության հանձնման արարողություն․ 2019թ. առաջին կեսին կազմակերպությունում կնախագահի Բուլղարիան:

Դեկտեմբերի 12-ին և 13-ին ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը մասնակցեց նաև ՍԾՏՀ Ավագ պաշտոնյաների կոմիտեի աշխատանքներին:
