Սոցփաթեթի շահառու կուտակային համակարգի մասնակիցը կարող է փոխհատուցում ստանալ սոցիալական փաթեթի միջոցներից

Սոցիալական փաթեթի շահառու հանդիսացող կուտակային համակարգի մասնակիցը կարող է ներկայացնել 2018թ. հունվար-դեկտեմբեր ժամանակահատվածում կատարված սոցիալական վճարների փոխհատուցման դիմում՝ սոցիալական փաթեթի միջոցների հաշվին: Այս մասին հայտնում են Կենսաթոշակային համակարգի իրազեկման կենտրոնից:

«Կուտակային կենսաթոշակների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը սոցիալական փաթեթի շահառու քաղաքացիներին իրավունք է տալիս որպես կատարված սոցիալական վճարների փոխհատուցում միանվագ ստանալ սոցիալական փաթեթի հաշվում ընթացիկ տարվա հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ առկա մնացորդը, որը չի կարող  գերազանցել նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում աշխատավարձից և ձեռնարկատիրական եկամուտներից հաշվարկված ու փոխանցված սոցիալական վճարների չափը:

Նշված փոխհատուցման համար հատկացվող գումարի մեջ չի ընդգրկվելու առողջապահության համար նախատեսված 52 000 դրամը:

ՀՀ Կառավարության հաստատած կարգով` սահմանված է  կուտակային բաղադրիչի մասնակցի կատարած սոցիալական վճարների փոխհատուցում սոցիալական փաթեթի գումարի հաշվին` տարեկան կտրվածքով: Այսինքն՝ այս ծրագրից օգտվող քաղաքացիները տարվա ընթացքում  իրենց աշխատավարձերից կատարելու են սոցիալական վճարներ, իսկ տարվա ավարտից հետո, կախված սոցիալական փաթեթի հաշվի վրա առկա մնացորդի գումարից, ստանալու են փոխհատուցում:

Իր սոցիալական փաթեթի հաշվում առկա համապատասխան չափով դրամական միջոցները կանխիկացնելու համար տարվա ավարտից հետո քաղաքացին պետք է ներկայանա բանկ և ներկայացնի  դիմում` նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում իր աշխատավարձից և ձեռնարկատիրական եկամուտներից հաշվարկված ու փաստացի մասնակիցների ռեեստրը վարողին  փոխանցված սոցիալական վճարների չափի մասին հարկային մարմնից տեղեկատվություն ստանալու մասին:

Այդ տեղեկատվությունը հարկային մարմնից բանկը ստանում է առցանց եղանակով կատարված հարցման միջոցով:  Հարցման պատասխանի հիման վրա, կանխիկ եղանակով քաղաքացուն է վճարվում նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում կուտակված սոցիալական փաթեթի գումարը, սակայն ոչ ավելի, քան տեղեկանքում նշված` հաշվարկված և փոխանցված սոցիալական վճարների չափը:
