Գյումրիում շահագործման հանձնվեցին սոցիալական բնակարաններ և նորակառույց 2 մանկապարտեզ

ԱՌԴԱ բարեգործական հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ Գյումրիում շահագործման հանձնվեց 12 բնակարան: Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի և բարեգործական հիմնադրամի համագործակցության արդյունքում կառուցված 12 սոցիալական բնակարանների բնակիչները դեկտեմբերի 19-ին տոնեցին բնակարանամուտ: Ուրախությունը շահառուների հետ կիսելու նպատակով Գյումրիում էր ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը: Նրան ուղեկցում էին մարզային ու քաղաքային իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները և ԱՌԴԱ բարեգործական հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Հրահատ Ստեփանյանը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Գյումրու քաղաքապետարան-ԱՌԴԱ բարեգործական հիմնադրամ համագործակցության արդյունքում Մովսես Խորենացի 46/1 հասցեով գտնվող շենքում 2018 թվականին շահագործման հանձնվեց 12 բնակարան, որից երկուսը՝ երկու սենյականոց, 10-ը՝ մեկ սենյականոց:

Այս ծրագրով 2017 թվականին շահագործման էր հանձնվել 11 բնակարան, որից մեկը՝ երեք սենյականոց, 10-ը՝ մեկ սենյականոց: Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը, ողջունելով ներկաներին, կարևորեց ծրագիրը:

Քաղաքապետը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց բարերարին ծրագրի իրագործման համար՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ այն կունենա իր շարունակությունը: Ծրագրի կարևորության մասին խոսեց նաև ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը. «12 ընտանիք Ամանորը դիմավորելու է նոր տներում. դա շատ կարևոր արձանագրում է, ուրախալի փաստ: Ես շնորհավորում եմ բոլոր ընտանիքներին և վստահեցնում, որ կառավարությունն ամեն ինչ անելու է, որ օր առաջ գյումրեցին ձերբազատվի աղետի քաղաք, աղետի գոտի հասկացություններից: Նոր Գյումրին ապագա Հայաստանի հիմքը պետք է լինի»,- նշեց նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը: Նույն օրը ներկաները մասնակցել են նաև «Նանուլիկ» և «Արևիկ» մանկապարտեզների բացմանը: «Նանուլիկ» մանկապարտեզի նոր շենքի կառուցման աշխատանքներն իրականացվել են Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի կողմից: Աշխատանքները մեկնարկել են 2017 թվականի հոկտեմբերին, հատկացվել է մոտ 160 մլն դրամ: Մանկապարտեզն ամբողջությամբ կահավորվել է, նախատեսված է 75 երեխայի համար: Նորակառույց շենքի հարակից տարածքում իրականացվել են բարեկարգման աշխատանքներ, տեղադրվել է խաղահրապարակ: «Արևիկ» մանկապարտեզը նախատեսված է 100 երեխայի համար: 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերին մեկնարկած հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքները ևս իրականացվել են Տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի կողմից, հատկացվել է մոտ 140 մլն դրամ: Մանկապարտեզը կահավորվել է, բակում տեղադրվել է խաղահրապարակ:
