Դեռևս ամիսներ առաջ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից հայտարարվեց երկրում տնտեսական հեղափոխության անհրաժեշտության և դրա մեկնարկի մասին:
Տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը այսօր մեր երկրի կարևորագույն առաջնահերթություններից մեկն է, դա գիտակցելով Ծառուկյանը հայտարարեց նաև արդյունաբերական մեծ քաղաքի ստեղծման մասին: Եվ ահա արդյունաբերական քաղաքի ստեղծման սկիզբը արդեն դրված է՝ բացվել են մի շարք գործարաններ, որոնք աշխուժացնում են երկրի տնտեսությունը, նպաստում արդյունաբերության զարգացմանը: Երեկ «Մուլտի գրուպ կոնցեռնի» գլխավոր տնօրեն Սեդրակ Առուստամյանը լրատվականներին ներկայացրեց վերջին երեք ամիսներին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հանձնարարաությամբ կոնցեռնի կողմից իրականացված աշխատանքները։ «Մուլտի գրուպ կոնցեռնի» կողմից արված հայտարարության կարևորագույն ենթակետերից մեկն էլ այն էր, որ ցեմենտի բացթողման արժեքը կրճատվում է 20 տոկոսով: Սա իհարկե շատ կարևոր քայլ է, որը մի շարք դրական հետևանքներ է ունենալու, առաջին հերթին նպաստելով բնակարանաշինությանը:
