Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից բարի ավանդույթ է դարձել մարզիկներին ոգևորելն ու խրախուսելը ցանկացած հաղթանակից հետո: Այս անգամ պարգևատրվեցին օլիմպիակլան մարզաձևերում հաջողությունների հասած մարզիկները, սակայն նրանցից բացի պարգևների արժանացան ևս չորս մարզիկներ, որոնք բարձր ցուցանիշների էին հասել ոչ օլիմպիական սպորտաձևերում: Մրզիկներից երկուսն ու ծանրամարտի Հայաստանի հավաքականի մարզիչը պարգևատրվեցին բնակարանով, իսկ մյուս մարզիկները ստացան ավտոմեքենա, որի համար շատ ուրախ և ոգևերված էին: 
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը չի խնայում ոչինչ Հայկական սպորտային աշխարհը զարգացնելու և մարզիկներին առավել հայտնի դարձնելու համար: Արդեն իսկ բարի ավանդույթ դարձաց այս պարգևների շնորհիվ նա նպաստում է մարզիկների մարտական ոգու բարձրացմանը: Նրա շնորհիվ տարիներ շարունակ մեր երկիրը նախանձելի կերպով է հանդես գալիս միջազգային սպորտային մրցաշարերում, գրանցելով մեծ հաղթանակներ: 
Այս ամենի ապացույցն է նաև Օլիմպավանը, որը մարզիկներին հնարավորություն է ընձեռնում բարձր մակարդակով մարզվելու և սպորտային տարբեր մրցումների ժամանակ գերազանց արդյունքներ գրանցելու համար: 
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շնորհիվ մեր երկրում սպորտը գնալով ավելի է զարգանում և ավելի մեծ հաջողություններ ենք գրանցում տարբեր մրցումներում : Եվ հատկանշական է, որ այս մոտեցումը, սպորտային նման գրագետ քաղաքականությունը տարեցտարի ավելի մեծ արդյունքների է հանգեցնում, որը խոսում է ոլորտի պատասխանատուների բարձր պռոֆեսիոնալիզմի և մեծ նվիրվածության մասին:
