Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել եմ, ս․թ․ հուլիս ամսին Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը փոխանցել եմ տվյալներ և փաստաթղթային հիմքեր, որոնց հիման վրա օգոստոսի 6-ին ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՊՆ-ում առանձնապես խոշոր չափի ենթադրյալ յուրացումների հետ կապված։

Քրեական գործով իրականացված լայնածավալ և բազմաթիվ քննչական գործողությունների
արդյունքում հիմնավորվել է մատակարար կազմակերպությունների կողմից պետությանը 7.682.823.409 ՀՀ դրամի չափով վնաս պատճառելու հանգամանքը, որից 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 24-ի դրությամբ որպես
մասնակի հատուցում ՀՀ պետբյուջե է վերականգնվել 6.504.097.081 (13.5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար) ՀՀ դրամ, այսինքն՝ 84.65 տոկոսը, իսկ մնացորդի մասով կատարվում է պայմանագրերով նախատեսված ապրանքների մատակարարում:

Հիշեցնեմ՝ նախաքննությամբ պարզվել էր, որ ՀՀ-ում գործող շուրջ 10 առևտրային ընկերություններ 2009-2017 թվականների ընթացքում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ կնքված պայմանագրերով հանձն են առել բանակի կարիքների համար մատակարարել շուրջ 10 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ արժեքով տարատեսակ ապրանքներ և սպառազինություն, սակայն պայմանագրային ժամկետներն էականորեն խախտելով, առանց հիմնավոր պատճառների, մատակարարումները չեն իրականացրել կամ մատակարարել են պայմանագրերում նախատեսվածից իրականում ցածր արժեք ունեցող, անորակ ապրանքներ։

Ամիսներ շարունակ կատարած անմնացորդ աշխատանքի և համագործակցության համար շնորհակալ եմ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությանն ու կառույցի ղեկավարին՝ ի դեմս ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի, ՊՆ աշխատակիցների ու կառույցի ղեկավարի՝ ի դեմս նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի և բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր նպաստել են այս լայնածավալ աշխատանքում հաջողելուն։
