Լարված իրավիճակ՝ Վերաքննիչ դատարանի դիմաց. պահանջում են կալանավորել Մանվել Գրիգորյանին

Մանվել Գրիգորյանի առողջական վիճակը թույլ չի տալիս նրան մասնակցելու իր խափանման միջոցի գործով բողոքի քնությանը։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 11–ին Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Գրիգորյանի պաշտպան Արսեն Մկրտչյանը։ Նա նշեց, որ իր պաշտպանյալը ցանկություն հայտնել է մասնակցելու դատական նիստերին եւ եթե նրա առողջական վիճակը լավանա՝ հնարավոր է եւ մասնակցի։

Նշենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ գրավ կիրառելու առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշման դեմ ՀՀ դատախազության ներկայացրած վերաքննիչ բողոքի քննությունը քիչ առաջ հետաձգվեց տեխնիկական պատճառներով։

Արսեն Մկրտչյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ միջնորդության ներկայացման համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի տրամադրաման անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել, այդ իսկ պատճառով դատական նիստը հետաձգվել է։

 Նշենք, որ այս պահին լարված իրավիճակ է Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի շենքի դիմաց։ Մի քանի տասնյակ քաղաքացիներ բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացնում՝ պահանջելով կրկին կալանավորել Մանվել Գրիգորյանին։ Ցուցարարները քիչ առաջ վիճաբանեցին նաեւ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի պաշտպանի հետ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը դեկտեմբերի 21–ին որոշում է կայացրել 25 մլն դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակել գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին։ Այս որոշումը դատախազությունը բողոքարկել էր Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում։

Մանվել Գրիգորյանը կալանավորվել է հունիսի 19-ին`Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Մարինե Մելքոնյանի որոշմամբ: Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու եւ նրա կնոջ` Նազիկ Ամիրյանի, դստեր` Այծեմնիկ Գրիգորյանի, Էջմիածին քաղաքի բնակիչներ Սեյրան Ազարյանի, Արմեն Հակոբյանի եւ այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ իրեն պատկանող առանձնատներում պահելու համար, ինչպես նաեւ՝ մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ յուրացման եղանակով իր վստահությանը հանձնված առանձնապես խոշոր չափի ուրիշի գույք հափշտակելու համար:
