Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հունվարի 12-ին հանդիպել է Արցախի ԱԳ նախարար Մասիս Մայիլյանի հետ։ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Հայաստանի և Արցախի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարները կարևորեցին երկու քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների միջև անցկացվող պարբերական քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունները և արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը տարբեր ոլորտներում:

Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը և Մասիս Մայիլյանը հանգամանալից մտքեր փոխանակեցին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հովանու ներքո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի շուրջ:

ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մնացականյանը վերահաստատեց Հայաստանի կառավարության ծրագրում դեռևս նախորդ տարվա մայիսին ԼՂ հիմնահարցի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ արտացոլված սկզբունքները: Նա մասնավորապես ընդգծեց, որ Արցախի կարգավիճակն ու անվտանգությունը Հայաստանի առաջնահերթություններն են, և վերստին շեշտեց խաղաղության գործընթացում Արցախի որոշիչ ձայնի ու ներգրավվածության կարևորությունը: Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ընդգծեց, որ այս դիրքորոշումը քաջածանոթ է հատկապես նրանց, ովքեր Հայաստանի հետ ներգրավված են հանգուցալուծման գործընթացում: Ընդ որում, այս շրջանակներում վերջին ամիսներին անցկացվող հանդիպումներն արձանագրել են դրական դինամիկա:

Հայաստանի արտաքին գերատեսչության ղեկավարը շեշտեց, որ հիմնահարցի հանգուցալուծման համար հարկավոր է հակամարտության բոլոր կողմերի` խաղաղության հասնելու իրական հանձնառությունը: Կարևորվեց լարվածության բացառման, ռիսկերի նվազեցման գործիքների կիրառման և դրանց շարունակական զարգացման ուղղությամբ քայլերի ձեռնարկումը, որոնք բաղկացուցիչ մասն են կազմում խաղաղությանը նպաստող մթնոլորտի ձևավորման համար: Երկուստեք նշվեց, որ ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանության օգտագործումից զերծ մնալը կարող է լավագույնս բնորոշել խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման հանձնառությունը:

Կողմերը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծեցին, որ խաղաղությունը գերակա է, բայց դա չպետք է շփոթվի վճռականության պակասի հետ:

Հայաստանի և Արցախի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներն անդրադարձան առաջիկայում Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների օրակարգում ներառված միջոցառումներին և կարևորեցին դրանց նախօրեին միմյանց միջև մտքերի փոխանակման ձևավորված գործառույթը:

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ կատարվեց նաև Հայաստանի և Արցախի միջև ոլորտային համագործակցությանն ու երկկողմ օրակարգին առնչվող հարցերին»:
