Ադրբեջանը հերթական անգամ հանդես եկել հայկական ուղղաթիռը խոցելու իր սադրիչ գործողությոան հետ կապված հերթական լկտի հայտարարությամբ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը' վկայակոչելով APA լրատվական գործակալությունը, Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավա րի պաշտոնակատար Հիքմեթ Հաջիզադեն հայտարարել է, որ «Ադրբեջանը համանախագահների առաջ ստանձնած ոչ մի պարտավորություն չի խախտել այն բանով, որ խոցել է հայկական ռազմական ուղղաթիռը»: Որոշ ժամանակ անց, հասկանալով այդ հայտարարության հնարավոր բացասական հետեւանքները, Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավարի նորաթուխ պաշտոնակատարը APA-ի հաղորդագրության մեջ փոխել է հետեւյալ վերաշարադրմամբ. «Ադրբեջանը նախապես զգուշացրել էր համանախագահներին Հայաստանի կողմից հնարավոր սադրիչ գործողությունների մասին»: Որպես ապացույց այս հայտարարու թյան, «Արմենպրես»-ը կցում է ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցի կայքի արտատպման լուսանկարը:
Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներում տարածված նախկին հայտարարության մեջ Հաջիզադեն ասել է, որ դեռեւս 2012 թվականին Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին ուղարկած նամակում հայտարարել էր, որ «Ադրբեջանը Մինսկի խմբին միջնորդություն է հանձնարարել ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության շրջանակում լուծելու համար, եւ բանակցություններում մասնակցում է' ղեկավարվելով հենց այդ սկզբունքով»:
Այնուհետեւ միջազգային իրավունքից անտեղյակ այդ «դիվանագետը» խոսել է այն մասին, թե Ադրբեջանը ԼՂ օդային տարածքը «փակել» է 1993 թվականից եւ այլ անհեթեթություններ դուրս տվել' մոռանալով իր երկրի ստանձնած այն պարտավորությունը:
ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի շրջանակում ԼՂ խնդրի կարգավորման բանակցություններն ընթանում են այն միայն խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծելու' ուժի չկիռարման, ազգերի ինքնորոշման եւ տարածքային ամբողջականության սկզբունքների հիման վրա:
Հետքարքիր է, որ ադրբեջանական ԱԳՆ-ի այդ պաշտոնյան անգամ տեղյակ չէ, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ բանակցություններում իր երկրի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը փաստաթուղթ է ստորագրել ուժի չկիրառման մասին, իսկ շփման գծից դիպուկահարներին հեռացնելու, սահմանային միջադեպերը հետաքննելու համանախագահների կոչերին դրական է արձագանքում միայն Հայաստանը:
Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանի արեւելյան հատվածի օդային տարածքում նոյեմբերի 12-ին' ժամը 13:45-ի սահմաններում, ուսումնավարժական թռիչքի ժամանակ ադրբեջանական ԶՈւ-ի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման արդյունքում խոցվել է ԼՂՀ ՌՕՈւ ՄԻ-24 ուղղաթիռը: Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ կողմից սադրիչ այդ միջադեպը դատապարտել են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ը, ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարությունը, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները, ՀԱՊԿ-ը եւ այլ միջազգային կառույցներ:
