Ինչո՞ւ են մազերը  ճարպակալում

Պատճառը մաշկի մեջ գտնվող ճարպային գեղձերն են։ Մեկ օրվա ընթացքում նրանք արտադրում են ավելի քան 20գ ճարպ։ Այն ներթափանցում է մազերի մեջ և պահպանում է չորացումից։

Երկու կարևոր երևույթ, որոնք հարկավոր է հիշել,

  • Մաշկի ճարպը բնության տարօրինակ դրսևորումներից չէ, որի պատճառով դուք տգեղ եք դառնում։ Այն հարկավոր է՝ մազերը չորացումից պահպանելու և նրան նրբություն հաղորդելու համար։
  • Ճարպային գեղձերի աշխատանքը համարվում է մարդու անհատական բնութագիրը, որը կախված է նրա տարիքից, առողջական վիճակից, գենետիկայից և այլ գործոններից։

Որքա՞ն հաճախ է հարկավոր լվանալ մազերը

Դերմատոլոգ Պարադի Միրմիրանին, որպես այս հարցի պատասխան նշում է, որ բոլոր մարդկանց համար միանաման լուծում գոյություն չունի։ Սակայն գոյություն ունի մեկ ճշմարտություն, որը առանց բացառությունների վերաբերում է բոլորին։

Պետք չէ մազերը լվանալ ամեն օր։

Գլխի հաճախակի լվացումը մի շարք վնասներ կարող է հասցնել։ Պարադոքս է, սակայն այն մարդիկ՝ ովքեր հաճախ են լվանում իրենց գլուխը, բախվում են մի խնդրի, որի դեպքում ճարպային գեղձերը ավելի շատ են սկսում ճարպ արտադրել։ Օրգանիզմը տանել չի կարողանում այսքան շատ միջամտությունները և փորձում է վերականգնել կորուստները։

Ահա երեք գործոն, որոնք հարկավոր է հաշվի առնել գլխավոր հարցին պատասխանելու համար։

  • Մաշկի տեսակ։ Եթե ձեր մաշկը և մազերը կարելի է նորմալ համարել (ոչ շատ ճարպոտ և ոչ շատ չոր), ապա մազերը շաբաթը մեկ կամ երկու անգամ է պետք լվանալ։ Եթե ձեր մաշկը ճարպոտ է, ապա ավելի շատ լվացեք։
  • Մազերի կառուցվածք։ Այս գործոնը նպաստում է ճարպի տարածվելու արագության վրա։ Կոշտ կամ գանգուր մազերը դանդաղեցնում են այդ գործընթացը, այդ պատճառով էլ այդպիսի մազեր ունեցողները պետք է մազերը լվանան շաբաթը մեկ անգամ։ Մյուս կողմից՝ բարակ և ուղիղ մազեր ունեցող մարդիկ պետք է գլուխը լվանան շաբաթը երկու անգամ կամ ավելի հաճախ։
  • Ոճ։ Եվս մեկ կարևոր գործոն է սանրվածքը։ Երկար և կարճ սանրվածքների համար տարբեր մոտեցումներ կան։

Լավագույն պատասխանը, որը կհամապատասխանի մարդկանց մեծ մասին, այն է, որ գլուխը հարկավոր է լվանալ երեք օրը մեկ։

Ամեն օր մազերը լվացող մարդիկ այս պատասխանը չափից դուրս ծայրահեղական կարող են համարել։ Սակայն բավական է մի քանի շաբաթ հետևել նոր գրաֆիկին և ճարպագեղձերի աշխատանքը միանգամից կկարգավորվի և նրանք ավելի քիչ ճարպ կարտադրեն։
