Մոսկվան տարիների ջանքեր ու միլիարդավոր դոլարներ է ծախսել` Վենեսուելան դարձնելու իր մերձավոր դաշնակիցն արևմտյան կիսագնդում: Հինգշաբթի Մոսկվան ցնցված էր հեռանկարից, որ ներդրումները փոշու պես կարող են անհետանալ: Զայրույթի հիմքում տհաճ իրականությունն է` անսպասելի պարզվեց, որ բազմամիլիարդ ներդրումները Լատինական Ամերիկայում ռուսական ազդեցության մեծացման վրա սրընթաց տապալվում են:

Ակնհայտ է, որ հետագա անկայունությունը մեծացնում է Վենեսուելայի տնտեսության մեջ Ռուսաստանի ներդրումները կորցնելու վտանգը, որ նա գնահատում է 25 միլիարդ դոլար: Եթե ընդդիմության ղեկավար Խուան Գուայդոն, ում ԱՄՆ-ը չորեքշաբթի ճանաչել է ժամանակավոր նախագահ, ուժ հավաքի, Մոսկվայի ու Կարակասի շփումներն ակնհայտորեն կկրճատվեն: Առանցքային հարցը մնում է անպատասխան` որքա՞ն հեռու կգնա Գուայդոն Մադուրոյի Ռուսաստանի հետ բարեկամական քաղաքականությունից: Փաստ է, որ վերջին տարիներին Վլադիմիր Պուտինը դարձել է Վենեսուելայի հովանավոր` հընթացս դառնացնելով ԱՄՆ-ին: Հիմա Կրեմլի վենեսուեալական խաղադրույքն օդում կախված է:

Նշենք, որ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոն հայտարարել է նախկին դիվանագետ Էլիոտ Աբրամսին Պետդեպում Վենեսուելայի հարցով պատասխանատու նշանակելու մասին: Պոմպեոն ընդգծել է, որ նոր նշանակումը կատարվել է «Վենեսուելայում ժողովրդավարության վերականգնման նպատակով»:

Իսկ ինչի՞ է պատրաստ Ռուսաստանը հանուն Վենեսուելայի: Ավելի ճիշտ` Մադուրոյի իշխանության պահպանման: Երբ աշխարհը կիսվել է Մադուրոյի ու Գուայդոյի կողմնակիցների միջև, ռազմական միջամտությունը հօգուտ Մադուրոյի Ռուսաստանի համար նոր պատժամիջոցներով կավարտվի, բայց հայտնի չէ` օգուտ կգա, թե ոչ Մադուրոյին: Վենսուելայի ժողովուրդը նույնպես բաժանված է Մադուրոյի ու Գուայդոյի կողմնակիցների և պարզ չէ` ո՞ր մասն է առավե լուժեղ: Վճռական խոսքը Վենեսուելայի բանակինն է ու թեև ՊՆ նախարարը հայտարարել էր, որ Վենեսուելայի միակ նախագահը Մադուրոն է, իրավիճակը կարող է փոխվել այնպես, որ պաշտոնանկվի նաև ՊՆ նախարարը:
