ՀՀ քաղաքացի, պլաստիկ վիրաբույժ Գևորգ Ստեփանյանն արդեն 3 ամիս է՝ գտնվում է մոսկովյան «Բուտիրյան» բանտում։ Նրան կալանավորել են մոսկովյան մասնավոր կլինիկաներից մեկում կատարած քթի պլաստիկ վիրահատությունից հետո առաջացած բարդությունների պատճառով, սակայն նրա ընկերներն ու հարազատները վստահ են, որ առաջացած բարդությունները Գևորգի կատարած միջամտության հետ որևէ կապ չունի։ «Փետրվարի 17-ին կայանալու է դատական հերթական նիստը և մենք հույս ունենք, որ Գևորգին հենց դատարանի դահլիճից բաց կթողնեն»,-այս մասին Armdaily.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Գևորգի ընկերը՝ Գրիգոր Դավթյանը։ Նրա դիտարկմամբ բժշկական սխալը թույլ են տվել նույն կլինիկայի գլխավոր բժիշկ Գյուլնարա Շախն ու անեսթեզիոլոգ Խիտրովը։ Նոյեմբերի 12-ին հայ վիրաբույժը բարեհաջող վիրահատել է Կարոլինա Սարգսյանին, որից հետո անեսթեզիոլոգն ու բուժհիմնարկի ղեկավարը Կարոլինային ֆենոզեպան են տվել։ Աղջիկը, սակայն, շատ ցածր քաշ է ունեցել, ֆենսոզեպանի չափաբաժինը նրա համար շատ է եղել։ Վիրահատությունից 3 օր անց՝ նոյեմբերի 15-ին դեղամիջոցների նկատմամբ ալերգիկ ռեակցիայով նա տեղափոխվել էր մոսկովյան այլ կիլինիկայի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք։ Գրիգոր Դավթյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ Գևորգը վիրահատությունը կատարելուց հետո վերադարձել է Հայաստան, սակայն հենց օդանավակայանում նրան զանգում են և տեղեկացնում բարդությունների մասին։ Նա անմիջապես օդանավակայինց հետ է վերադառնում։ Արդեն Մոսկվայում նրան կալանավորում են։ Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ գործի շրջանակներում մեղադրանք է առաջադրված նաև կլինիկայի տնօրենին և անեսթեզիոլոգին, սակայն քանի որ նրանք ՌԴ քաղաքացի են, նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել տնային կալանքը, մինչդեռ ՀՀ քաղաքացի բժշկի նկատմամբ հունվարի 18-ին կայացած դատական նիստի ընթացքում կրկին կալանքի որոշում է կայացվել։ Գևորգ Ստեփանյանին սպառնում է 6 տարվա ազատազրկում։ Գրիգոր Դավթյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանը պարբերաբար փորձել է աջակցել՝ Գևորգին արդար դատաքննություն իրականացնելու համար։ Նա նշեց, որ քանի դեռ դատավճիռ չկա՝ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը չի կարող ուրևէ կերպ միջամտել կամ Գևորգին տեղափոխել Հայաստան՝ պատիժը այստեղ կրելու համար։ Այնուամենայնիվ մենք հույս ունեքն որ փետրվարի 17-ին կայանալիք դատական նիստում նրան կարդարացնեն, հակառակ դեպքում պետք է մտածել հետագա քայլերի մասին։ Նշենք նաև որ, Գևորգ Ստեփանյանը 2018 թ-ին արժանացել է «Պլաստիկ, վերականգնողական և էսթետիկ վիրաբուժության տարվա լավագույն պրակտիկ վիրաբույժ» մրցանակի։
