Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը փետրվարի 7-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանում Լիբանանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Մայա Դաղերին:

 ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, բարձր գնահատելով երկու երկրների բարեկամական հարաբերությունների ներկա մակարդակը՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է Լիբանանի հայ համայնքի կարեւոր դերը երկրի քաղաքական, հասարակական կյանքում, ինչպես նաեւ երկկողմ հարաբերությունների խորացման հարցում:

Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը, կարեւորելով խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության դերի բարձրացումը, նշել է, որ նորընտիր օրենսդիր մարմնում ձեւավորվում է պատգամավորական բարեկամական խումբ եւ նորընտիր պատգամավորներից շատերը շահագրգռված են Լիբանանի հետ կապերի ամրապնդմամբ:

Արժեւորելով միջխորհրդարանական փոխգործակցությունը երկկողմ հարաբերությունների խորացման հարցում՝ օրենսդիր մարմնի ղեկավարը գոհունակությամբ արձանագրել է, որ միջազգային հարթակներում երկու երկրներն ակտիվ համագործակցում են, ինչը պետք է առավել զարգացնել:

Մայա Դաղերը շնորհավորել է Արարատ Միրզոյանին Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ ընտրվելու եւ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում իր քաղաքական ուժի՝ ժողովրդի մեծ վստահությունը վայելելու կապակցությամբ:

Դեսպանը եւս կարեւորել է երկու ժողովուրդների դարավոր եւ ամուր բարեկամությունն ու պատրաստակամություն հայտնել նպաստելու խորհրդարանական բարեկամական խմբերի գործունեության աշխուժացմանը եւ երկու երկրների համագործակցության ընդլայնմանն ուղղված քայլերին: Այս գործում Մայա Դաղերը կարեւորել է հայ համայնքի եւ Լիբանանի խորհրդարանում 6 հայ պատգամավորների ու երկու նախարարների դերակատարությունը:

Կողմերն անդրադարձել են ժողովրդավարության զարգացմանը, մարդու իրավունքների ու ազատությունների պաշտպանությանը, օրենսդրական դաշտի կատարելագործմանը, երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցերի:
