Պարոն Հակոբյան, կառավարության ծրագրի վերաբերյալ Ձեր գնահատականը երեկ միանշանակ չընդունվեց: Նախ դիտարկում կար, որ Դուք կարծես միակն էիք հրապարակային դաշտում, ով այն դրական գնահատեց, հետո շատերը Ձեր գնահատականի տակ թաքնված սարկազմ տեսան: Դուք շարունակու՞մ եք պնդել, որ կառավարության ներկայացրած ծրագիրը դրական եք համարում:

Այո, իհարկե: Ես կառավարության ծրագրի մասին դրական կարծիք ունեմ: Ավելի կոնկրետ, ես այն դրական եմ գնահատում՝ ոչ թե որպես կառավարության ծրագիր դիտարկելով, որովհետև դժվար է այդ միջակ շարադրությունը ծրագիր անվանել, այլ այն համեմատում եմ գործող իշխանության նախկին հայտարարությունների, մոտեցումների և հնչեցված թեզերի հետ: Եվ հենց այս համատեքստում է, որ ցանկանում եմ շեշտել՝ այո, կառավարության ծրագիրը դատարկություն է, բայց ես այն դրական եմ համարում:

Այդ դեպքում ի՞նչն եք դիտարկում դրական:

Այն, որ ծրագրում չկան գործող իշխանության նախորդ անիրատեսական, երբեմն նույնիսկ աբսուրդային թեզերն ու խոստումները՝ սկսած աշխատավարձերի ու կենսաթոշակի շեշտակի բարձրացումից, արագաչափերի և «կարմիր գծերի» վերացումից, համատարած բոլորին անհապաղ երջանկացնելուց, վերջացրած մեկ տարում պետական բյուջեն 1/3-ով ավելացնելու հայտարարություններով: Հավատացեք, որ անիրականանալի խոստումները հանգեցնելու են հիասթափության ու հանրային տրամադրությունները նետվելու են ծայրահեղությունների գիրկը: Մարդիկ իրենց վերջնականապես խաբված են զգալու՝ այստեղից բխող պետականության համար խիստ անցանկալի հետևանքներով: Հետո տարիներ են պահանջվելու հիասթափված ու բորբոքված հանրության` քաղաքական արժեհամակարգի և պետական ինստիտուտների նկատմամաբ հավատը վերականգնելու համար: Խաբկանքների ստեղծումը, անիրականանալի միֆերի մասին անընդհատ բարձրաձայնելը կործանարար է ոչ միայն այն հնչեցնողի, այլև հանրային հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման համար: Հենց այս համատեքստում եմ նշում, որ ծրագիրը դրական է: Դրանում ոսկե սարերի մասին խոստումներ քիչ կան:
