Համաձայն Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հրամանի՝ Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների որոշ կատեգորիաներ՝ շուրջ մեկ միլիոն մարդ, կկարողանան մուտք գործել ՌԴ հեշտացված կարգով, հայտարարել է Թուրքիայում ՌԴ դեսպան Ալեքսեյ Երխովը, հաղորդում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստի-ն:

Համաձայն չորեքշաբթի ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ստորագրած հրամանի՝ այժմ ՌԴ կարող են մուտք գործել հատուկ անձնագրեր ունեցող Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները կարճաժամկետ գործուղումների նպատակով, այդ թվում՝ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների ու հյուպատոսական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները, ինչպես նաեւ միջազգային բեռնափոխադրումներ իրականացնող պրոֆեսիոնալ վարորդները «Թուրքիայի կողմից Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ նույնատիպ միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու սկզբունքն ընդունելու պայմանով»:

Մեր երկրների քաղաքացիների որոշ խմբերի նկատմամբ կվերականգնվի 2010 թվականի միջկառավարական համաձայնագրի գործունեությունը քաղաքացիների փոխադարձ ուղեւորությունների մասին: Ժողովուրդն այն անվանում է առանց վիզայի ռեժիմ, սակայն դա այդպես չէ: Թուրքիայում խոսքը վերաբերում է հատուկ եւ ծառայողական անձնագրեր ունեցողներին, ինչպես նաեւ բեռնատար մեքենաների վարորդներին: Թուրքիայում նրանց թիվը հասնում է մեկ միլիոնի. նրանք իրավունք կստանան հատել ռուսական սահմանը հեշտացված կարգով»,-ասել է Երխովը ռուսական լրագորղներին:

Նրա խոսքերով՝ մի քանի օր կպահանջվի գործնականում դրա իրականացման նպատակով մի շարք կանոնակարգեր եւ միջոցառումներ երկկողմանի ձեւաչափում համաձայնեցնելու համար: «Անհրաժեշտ են որոշակի լրացուցիչ միջոցառումներ դա կազմակերպելու, անձնագրային ու սահմանային վերահսկողության ծառայություններին տեղեկացնելու համար: Սակայն դա ողջունելի եւ իսկապես կարեւոր քայլ է, որն անհրաժեշտ է երկու երկրներին»,-հավելել է դեսպանը:

Ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններն ակտիվորեն զարգանում են երկու երկրների միջեւ ճգնաժամի հաղթահարումից հետո՝ կապված 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերին Թուրքիայի ռազմաօդային ուժերի կողմից Սիրիայի երկնքում ռուսական Սու-24 ռմբակոծիչի ոչնչացման հետ, երբ Պուտինը Թուրքիային ուղղված հատուկ տնտեսական միջոցառումների հետ մեկտեղ դադարեցրել էր այդ երկրի հետ առանց վիզայի ռեժիմը՝ մի շարք բացառություններ կատարելով: Բացառությունների ցանկում լրացումներ էին կատարվել 2017 թվականի մայիսին, երբ դրանում ավելացվել էին Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները, որոնք ունեին ծառայողական անձնագրեր եւ ուղեւորվում էին ՌԴ կարճաժամկետ գործուղումների, այդ թվում՝ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչություններն ու հյուպատոսական կազմակերպությունները, եւ նրանց ընտանիքի անդամները:
