Հայաստանի Հանրապետության  քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում ՝ Տավուշի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի Դիլիջանի սոցիալական աջակցության գործակալությունում կատարված առերևույթ  չարաշահումների դեպքերն ամբողջ ծավալով բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:  ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից,  Դիլիջանի սոցիալական աջակցության գործակալության պետը կալանավորվել է:

Դիլիջանի սոցիալական աջակցության գործակալությունում առերևույթ  ապօրինի վարձատրության դեպքի առթիվ՝ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերի 29-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, 312-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 311.1-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին  և 2-րդ կետերով և 312.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով հարուցվել էր  քրեական գործ, որը նախաքննության կատարման համար ուղարկվել էր ՀՀ ՔԿ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժին և 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ին ընդունվել վարույթ:

Իրականացված քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Դիլիջանի սոցիալական աջակցության գործակալության պետը 2016 թվականից մինչև 2018  թվականը սոցիալական նպաստ ծրագրում ընդգրկելու և  սոցիալական նպաստ ծրագրից օգտվելը  շարունակելու համար քաղաքացիներից ամեն ամիս պահանջել և ստացել է զգալի չափերի գումար:

Դիլիջանի սոցիալական աջակցության գործակալության պետին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ  քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց  է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ևս 6 անձի:  3 անձի՝ սուտ մատնութան և 3 անձի՝ կաշառք տալու համար: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց  է ընտրվել ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին:    

Քրեական գործով հարցաքննվել են մի շարք վկաներ, կատարվել են զննություններ:
