Փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժոնաթան Լաքոտին և Զարգացման Ֆրանսիայի գործակալության տարածաշրջանային ղեկավար Գայել Ասսայագին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակից։

Նշելով, որ հանդիպումը կայանում է շատ խորհրդանշական օր, երբ Կառավարության ծրագիրը հաստատվել է Ազգային ժողովի կողմից՝ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը կարևորել է Ֆրանսիայի հետ համագործակցության զարգացումն ու խորացումը նաև կառավարության առաջ քաշած բարեփոխումների իրականացման գործընթացում: Մհեր Գրիգորյանը ներկայացրել է կառավարության ծրագրի հիմնական դրույթները, ինչպես նաև շեշտել ՀՀ-ԵՄ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի շրջանակում երկկողմ հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու հնարավորությունները:

Դեսպան Լաքոտը նշել է, որ Ֆրանսիան պատրաստակամ է Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները զարգացնել ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում: Ընդգծելով, որ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը վերջերս հայտնել է Հայաստան պետական այցով ժամանելու մտադրության մասին՝ դեսպանը նշել է, որ այդ այցը ևս կնպաստի երկկողմ ծրագրերի հստակեցմանն ու հետագա ընդլայնմանը:

Զարգացման Ֆրանսիայի գործակալության տարածաշրջանային ներկայացուցչության ղեկավարը ներկայացրել է կազմակերպության կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքը, ինչպես նաև կազմակերպության պատրաստակամությունը ապագայում ևս նոր ծրագրեր մշակել Հայաստանի կառավարության առաջ քաշած բարեփոխումներին համահունչ:

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են Հայաստանում կապիտալի  շուկայի ձևավորման անհրաժեշտությանը, քննարկել Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական բիզնեսի զարգացման հեռանկարները: Քննարկվել են նաև Հայաստանի՝ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ լինելու, ինչպես նաև GSP+ արտոնությունների համակարգերում ընդգրկված լինելու և Առևտրի միջազգային կազմակերպության անդամ հանդիսանալու առավելությունները:
