Արևածագին շարք են կազմել ՀՀ ոստիկանության զորքերի զորամասերից մեկի ծառայողները։ Կազմ ու պատրաստ են կրկին սահման մեկնելու և հայրենիքին ծառայելու նաև հակառոկորդի առջև ամուր կանգնելով։ Ինչպես միշտ նրանց դիրքեր ճանապարհելու էր եկել ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը։ 


«Խիզախության համար առանձնահատուկ վերաբերմունքի եք արժանի։ Հպարտությամբ փաստում եմ, որ ձեր պատրաստակամությամբ օրինակ եք ծառայում մեր ոստիկանական մեծ ընտանիքի համար․ արդեն մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների բազմաթիվ ծառայողներ ևս պատրաստակամություն են հայտնում գալ ու կանգնել ձեր կողքին»,-նշեց Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ չնայած դրա կարիքը չկա, բայց այդ իրողությունն արդեն իսկ գեղեցիկ է։
ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի ոգեշունչ ելույթին հաջորդեցին օրհնության կարգն ու երդման արարողությունը։ Վերջում հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը զինվորագրված ոստիկանները երթով անցան շարահրապարակով ու ճամփա ընկան՝ արդեն հինգերրորդ անգամ փոխարինելու դիրքերում կանգնած գործընկերներին։


Հաջորդ օրը՝ արևամուտին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը ոստիկանության զորքերի մեկ այլ զորամասում դիմավորեց սահմանից վերադարձած ոստիկաններին։ Նրանք շարահարապարակում կանգնած են պարտականություններն անթերի կատարածի հպարտությամբ. զգացողություն, որ սահմանից են բերել։ 
ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետը նրանց շնորհակալություն հայտնեց իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրները պատվախնդրորեն կատարելու համար։ Նկատելով սահմանապահ ոստիկանների տեսքը՝ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը ընդգծեց, որ թվում է՝ ոչ թե նոր են դիրքերից իջել, այլ նոր պետք է բարձրանան։ «Միշտ առույգ և միշտ պատրաստ․ այսպիսին պետք է լինի հայրենիքի պաշտպանը>».- ամփոփեց ոստիկանության պետը։ 


Ծառայության ընթացքում աչքի ընկած ոստիկանները Վալերիյ Օսիպյանի հրամանով արժանացան առանձնահատուկ պարգևաների, բոլորին հայտարարվեց շնորհակալություն։ 
Դիմավորման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը եզրափակվեց քայլերով՝ ոստիկան-սահմանապահների խրոխտ քայլերթով։
Ավարտին Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը զրուցեց սահմանից վերադարձած ոստիկանների ծնողների և հարազատների հետ՝ շնորհակալություն հայտնելով հայրենիքի պաշտպաններ դաստիարակելու համար։
