Նախօրեին տեղի ունեցավ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության չորրորդ համագումարը, որn իրենք բնորոշեցին՝ աշխատանքային համագումար: Աշխատանքային համաժողովի մեխը մեկն էր` 2015-ին հիմնադրեցինք ՔՊ-ն ու հայտարարեցինք` ոչ մեկին նման չենք լինելու ու չեղանք:

Հատկանշականն այն է, որ այնպես չէ, որ ՔՊ-ն միակ, եզակի ու ամենահաղթական ընդդիմությունն է: Ով-ով` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը լավ գիտի 2008-ի ու 2018-ի տարբերությունները: Իսկ 2008-ին ինչու՞ Ռադիոպետկոմ չմտավ` բաց ձեռքերով, անզեն, ինչու՞ միջպետական ճանապարհները 2008-ին չէր փակում: Որովհետև նախագահը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյա՞նն էր, որ Ազատության հրապարակում բացարձակապես խաղաղ հանրահավաքները ընդհատեց փետրվարի 29-ին առավոտյան 6-ը չեղած ու հրապարակում չհայտարարված խուզարկություն արեց` «ահազանգով», որ զենք-զինամթերք կա: Հետոն հայտնի է: Իսկ 2018-ին երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հարձակվում էր ԱԺ-ն շրջափակած փշալարերի վրա, ոչ թե «Չերյոմուխայով» կրակում էին, այլ ոստիկանության մեքենայով «Նաիրի» տարան, որ վնասած ձեռքը վիրակապեն ու ելման դրություն վերադարձնեն: Ու այնպես չի, որ ՔՊ-ից բացի այլ ընդդիմություն չկար ու ոչինչ չէր անում նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու մյուս` հետագայում, ձերբակալվածների համար:

Միանգամից այստեղ հարց է առաջանում, եթե նախագահը չլիներ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, այլ` Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թավշե հեղափոխությունը կհաղթե՞ր: Գուցե Սարգսյանը ինչ-որ ժամանակ պատասխանի իր հրաժարականի պատճառների հարցին: Միանշանակ չափազանցություն և մեծամտություն է՝ ամեն ինչ վերագրել ՔՊ-ի գերհզորությանը ու ցանցային հեղափոխության աննախադեպ մարտավարությանը: Մի բան պարզ է հաստատ՝ Նիկոլը ոչ մի նորություն յուրայիններին չի հայտնել, նա դա ասում էր դեևս 2007-ից սկսած: Պահանջ դնել առաջ գնալու, որովհետև ՔՊ-ի ծրագրերի մեծ մասը կատարվել են և կրկնել նույնը` ինչ 2015-ին, կամ մեծ ինքնատիպություն է, կամ փոքր ահազանգ, որ ՔՊ-ում այլևս չգիտեն` ինչ անել:

Համագումարում հայտարարած մտքերի մեծ մասը խորհրդապաշտական կամ միստիցիզմ էր հիշեցնում: Միստիկա, որին հետևում է քաղաքական սուբլիմացիան. «Նրանք, ովքեր կփորձեն հեղափոխության այս պրոցեսի առաջնորդությունը քաղաքացուց վերցնել և վերագրել որևէ անձի՝ կլինեմ ես, թե այլ մեկը, նրանք նոր օլիգարխիա, նոր բռնապետություն են կառուցում ՀՀ-ում»: Կարևոր է փաստել՝ ընդհանրապես տնտեսությունը միստիկայի ու սուբլիմացիայի տրվու՞մ է:
