«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Էպատաժը, կարծես թե, դառնում է հայաստանյան հանրային-քաղաքական կյանքի բնութագրիչներից մեկը: Քիչ չեն օրինակները, բայց կոնկրետ դեպքերով չէ, որ ուզում ենք քննարկել երևույթը: Գործ ունենք փաստացի մի իրավիճակի հետ, երբ տարբեր սուբյեկտներ, ընդ որում, անկախ քաղաքական դիրքավորումից, միմյանց հետ հարաբերվում են բացառապես ակցիոնիզմի, էպատաժի լեզվով: 

Ի՞նչ է նշանակում, երբ այս կամ այն հարցով քաղաքական հակառակորդները միմյանց հետ հարաբերվում են բացառապես դեմոնիզացման տրամաբանությամբ կամ ընդհակառակը՝ փորձում են ծաղրի, հեգնանքի մակարդակի իջեցնել այդ հարաբերությունները: Նշանակում է, որ նրանք պատրաստ չեն ռացիոնալ, փաստարկված երկխոսություն վարել: Այդ դեպքում կարևոր էլ չէ՝ նրանց շարժառիթներն ազնի՞վ են, թե՞ կոռումպացված: Ինքնին հարաբերությունների բովանդակության մակարդակը բավարար է դրանք իռացիոնալ գնահատելու համար:

Կարելի է, իհարկե, անտեսել այս ամենը, մտածել, որ դա այս կամ այն սուբյեկտի կամ սուբյեկտների խնդիրն է, ինչպես ուզում ու կարող են, թող հարաբերվեն: Խնդիրը, սակայն, այն է, որ ձևավորվում է հանրային օրակարգերի յուրատեսակ տրենդ: Այդ տրենդը նոր չի ձևավորվել, պարզապես հաշվի առնելով երկրի քաղաքական, մերձքաղաքական ու քաղաքացիական շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցող տեկտոնական փոփոխությունները՝ տրենդն ակտիվացել է, փոխվել են սուբյեկտների դիրքավորումները: Բովանդակությունը, սակայն, նույնն է մնացել: 

Իշխանության համար սա վտանգավոր է այնքանով, որ ձևավորում է ընդդիմախոսության մի նշաձող, որն առաջին հայացքից անվտանգ է թվում, բայց իրականում ամբողջովին կենսունակությունից զրկում է քննադատական խոսքը հենց իշխանության հասցեին: Ընդդիմության համար էլ ստեղծվում է թյուր մտայնություն, որ կարելի է նմանօրինակ հեշտ, արագ գործիքներով կռիվ տալ իշխանության դեմ կամ իշխանության համար: Հասարակությունն էլ, բնականաբար, այս ամենի կա՛մ սպառողն է, կա՛մ մասնակիցը: Վերջնարդյունքում չենք ունենում որևէ արժեքավոր բան: Քաղաքականության ու հանրային ակտիվության մասին պատկերացումները պարզապես հերթական անգամ ձևախեղվում են:

Հեղափոխությունից հետո հույս կար, որ վերջապես կստացվի նոր որակ հաղորդել քաղաքական ու հանրային կյանքին, այն վերջապես կարելի կլինի ազատել մանիպուլ յացիոն ծուղակների շղթաներից, իսկ մրցակցությունը, թեկուզև դաժան, բայց տեղափոխել փաստարկների, մոտեցումների, ծրագրերի դաշտ: Առայժմ չի ստացվում: Մեղավորներ յուրաքանչյուր կողմը փնտրում է հակառակ ճամբարում: Մեծ հաշվով, սակայն, մեղավոր ենք բոլորս: Ավելի շուտ ոչ թե մեղավոր ենք, այլ պատրաստ չենք նոր որակի բովանդակության:
