Բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալի նվազում՝ 67,8 տոկոսով․ տնտեսությունը գահավիժում է

Այս տարվա հունվար ամսին նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ Հայաստանում բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալը կազմում է 901,3 հազար տոննա, որը 2018 թվականի հունվարին կազմել է 2800 տոննա՝ 67,8 տոկոս։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության հրապարակած տվյալներից:

Ըստ այդ տվյալների՝ երկաթուղային բեռնափոխադրումները 2019 թ․ հունվարի կազմել են 219 հազար տոննա, նախորդ տարվա 200 հազար տոննայի փոխարեն, համապատասխանաբար 9,5 տոկոս աճ գրանցելով։ Սակայն կտրուկ անկում է նկատվում ավտոմոբիլային բեռնափոխադրումների ընդհանուր ծավալում, կազմելով՝  495,9 հազար տոննա, նախորդ տարվա 2391,9 տոննայի համեմատ։

ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում տնտեսագետ  Սուրեն Պարսյանը նկատեց, որ բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալի նվազումը անմիջական կապ ունի արտահանման անկման հետ․

«Այս տարվա  հունվարին մենք ունեցել են 14 տոկոս արտահանման անկում՝ նախորդ տարվա հունվարի համեմատ։ Հետևաբար անկում ունենք բեռնափոխադրումների ծառայության մեջ։ Բեռնափոխադրումը շատ ուղղակի կապ ունի տնտեսության ակտիվության հետ՝ ներմուծման և արտահանմանա աճի տեմպերի հետ»,- ասաց Պարսյանը։

Տնտեսագետի կարծիքով, այս ոլորտում բավական բացասական սպասումներ կան և դրանք կշարունակվեն, եթե տնտեսության մեջ չնկատվի զգալի աճ կամ չլինեն խոշոր ներդրումային ծրագրեր․ «Ըստ էության, բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալների անկումը կապված է նաև  ներդրումների, տնտեսական աճի հետ։ Եվ տրամաբանական էր, որ նվազում կարձանագրվի․ եթե դու չունես արտահանելու ապրանք, բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալը նվազու է, կամ եթե խոշոր ներդրումային ծրագրեր չես իրականցնում այդ դեպքում դու չես կարողանա սարքավորումներ, ապրանքներ ներկրել»,- հավելեց Պարսյանը։

Ըստ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալների՝ նախորդ տարվա հունվար ամսվա համեմատ փոփոխություն չի կրել օդային տրանսպորտով բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալը՝ կազմելով՝ 900 տոննա: Մայրուղային խողովակաշարային տրանսպորտով այս տարվա հունվարին մատակարարվել է 185,5 հազար տոննա բնական գազ։ Այդ բեռնափոխադրման ցուցանիշը նախորդ տարի կազմել է  207,2 հազար տոննա։ Պետք է նկատենք, որ բեռնափոխադրումների այս տեսակի դեպքում խոսքը միայն գազի ներկրման մասին է։

Նվազում կա նաև բեռնաշրջանառության ծավալներում․ այս տարվա հունվարին նախորդ տարվա համեմատ այն կրճատվել է՝ դառնալով 377․2 նախորդ տարվա 422,1 հազար տոննայի համեմատությամբ։

Իսկ ուղևորափոխադրումների ծավալում 2019-ի հունվարին՝ նախորդ տարվա հունվարի համեմատ, նվազում է արձանագրվել1,4 տոկոսով՝ կազմելով 13,96 մլն մարդ:
