Արցախում նախընտրական պայքարի մեկնարկին զուգահեռ նոր քաղաքական միավորումներ են ձևավորվում: Դեռևս նախորդ տարվա սեպտեմբերին Արցախում ձևավորվեց «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը, որը արցախյան քաղաքական կյանքում բավական ակտիվ դերակատարություն է ստանձնել: Դա հատկապես ընդգծվեց այն փաստով, որ Արցախում քաղաքական դաշտի ակտիվ շատ խաղացողներ սկսեցին իրենց համագործակցությունը և քաղաքական դիրքավորումը կառուցել հենց այս կուսակցության շուրջ:

Նշենք, որ «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը պետականաշինության զարգացման ուղին տեսնում  է Արցախում իրավունքի գերակայության երաշխավորմամբ իրավական պետության կառուցման մեջ, նրանք հայտարարում են, որ իրենք ամեն օրյա գործունեության ընթացքում անողոք պայքար են մղելու կաշառակերության, պետական ունեցվածքի հափշտակության, ստվերային տնտեսության և հովանավորչության դեմ՝ հանուն երկրի ժողովրդավարացման և բնակչության կենսամակարդակի բարձրացման:

Արցախում 2020 թ-ի նախագահական ընտրություններին հիմնական խաղացողները լինելու են երեք թեկնածու՝ նախկին վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, ԱԽ քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանը, և ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանը, ով հաճախ փորձում է խաղալ հանրության նուրբ լարերի վրա՝ պարբերաբար այս կամ այն կերպ ամպագորգոռ հայտարարություններ անելով:

Անդրադառնալով  «Արդարություն» կուսակցությանը նշենք, որ Բալասանյանն առաջադրվելու հենց այս ուժով: Սա պայմանավորված է նաև այն հանգամանքով, որ  այս քաղաքական ուժը դաշտում բավականին հեռանկարային է, չունի ոչ մի քաղաքական «մաշվածություն» և լուրջ հարթակ է քաղաքական ակտիվ ուժ ու առանցքային դերակատարություն ստանձնելու համար: Նշենք, որ գեներալ Բալասանյանի քաղաքական վաստակը և հայրենիքի առաջ մատուցած ծառայությունները միշտ գնահատվել է հանրության կողմից և առաջիկայում ևս, ըստ ամենայնի, դա կարտացոլվի նաև ընտրությունների ժամանակ:
