ՀՀ ներքաղաքական կյանքում պարբերաբար այլընտրանքային՝ հանրության ուշադրությունը շեղող, թեմաներ են դրվում շրջանառության մեջ: Անցնող շաբաթ հերթական անգամ իշխանությունը քաղաքական օրակարգը «զբաղեցնող» նոր թեմա դրեց շրջանառության մեջ։

Խոսքը՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանի այն հայտարարության մասին է, ըստ որի՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունները քաղաքական դաշտում գործող ուժերին հրավիրում են  միասնական ջանքերով ընտրական բարեփոխումներ մշակել։

Այս կոնֆիգուրացիայում հարկ է նշել, որ նախորդ խորհրդարանում ընտրական օրենսգրքի բարեփոխումների փաթեթի ընդունումը երկու անգամ տապալվեց։Մեր երկրում հարկային ու ընտրական օրենսգրքերը միշտ բարեփոխվում են՝ ամեն տարվա աշնանը, ձմռանը, գարնանը, ամռանը, սակայն ոչ տնտեսության վիճակն է բարելավում, ոչ քաղաքական ուժերը գոհ են լինում ընտրություններից։ Վերջին ընտրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ անկախ ընտրական օրենսգրքից, եթե հասարակությունը ցանկացավ ունենալ մեկ օրվա քաղաքական կենսագրությամբ պատգամավորների, ուրեմն այդպես էլ կլինի։Այստեղ ոչ մի օրենք, ընտրական մեխանիզմ չի կարող ոչինչ անել։Նախորդների ԸՕ-ի բարեփոխումների միտումը հասկանալի էր, որովհետև ամեն ինչ արվում էր իրենց իշխանությունը պահելու համար։

Ամփոփելով ամրագրենք մի կարևոր դետալ. ՀՀ-ում վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած զարգացումներից հետո ըստ ամենայնի՝ իշխանությունը երևի ամենից լավ գիտի, որ ոչ մի բարեփոխված ԸՕ բանի պետք չէ, եթե ժողովուրդը որոշեց մերժել այս կամ այն ուժին։
