Մարտի 13-ին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հանդիպեց աշխատանքային այցով Հայաստանում գտնվող ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Սլովակիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Միրոսլավ Լայչակին:

Նախարար Մնացականյանը ողջունեց Միրոսլավ Լայչակի այցը Երևան՝ այն կարևոր համարելով հատկապես այն պայմաններում, երբ կազմակերպության կոնսենսուսի սկզբունքի չարաշահման արդյունքում ԵԱՀԿ ներկայացվածությունը Հարավային Կովկասում հասցվել է նվազագույնի: Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը վերահաստատեց Հայաստանի պատրատակամությունն աջակցելու ԵԱՀԿ-ում Սլովակիայի նախագահության առաջնահերթություններին և համագործակցելու բոլոր երեք հարթություններում ԵԱՀԿ օրակարգի հարցերի շուրջ երկխոսությունը խթանելու ուղղությամբ:

Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը բարձր գնահատեց ԵԱՀԿ շրջանակներում առկա արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը Հայաստանում ընթացող բարեփոխումների օրակարգն առաջ մղելու գործում:

Երկուստեք ընդգծվեց ԵԱՀԿ գործունեության արդյունավետության բարձրացմանն ուղղված քայլերի և կազմակերպության առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերներին համագործակցության ոգով դիմագրավելու կարևորությունը:

Անդրադառնալով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությանը Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը վերահաստատեց Հայաստանի աջակցությունը և հանձնառությունը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության հովանու ներքո հիմնահարցի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացին։ Այս առումով երկուստեք կարևորվեց ռիսկերի նվազեցման և միջադեպերի կանխարգելման մեխանիզմների ու վստահության ամրապնդման միջոցառումների ներդրումը:

Հայաստանի և Սլովակիայի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարներն անդրադարձան երկկողմ և բազմակողմ ձևաչափերով հայ-սլավակական համագործակցությանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցերի, մտքեր փոխանակեցին առևտրատնտեսական կապերի առավել աշխուժացման, քաղաքական երկխոսության առավել ընդյալնման ուղղությամբ համատեղ գործնական քայլերի շուրջ: Այս համատեքստում ԱԳ նախարար Մնացականյանը ողջունեց Հայաստանում դեսպանություն բացելու Սոլվակիայի որոշումը, և երկուստեք ընդգծվեց, որ այն նոր լիցք կհաղորդի երկկողմ օրակարգի առավել ընդլայնմանը:
