«Սասնա Ծռերի» հերթական ռևերանսը

Օրերս «Սասնա ծռեր» կուսակցության անդամ Վարուժան Ավետիսյանը հայտարարել է, որ կուսակցությունը սկսում է մի գործընթաց, ըստ որի՝ Արցախը մարզի կարգավիճակով ներառվի ՀՀ կազմում: Նա չի պարզաբանել, թե այդ գործընթացն ինչպես են պատրասվում իրականացնել՝ հանրաքվեով, թե երկու երկրների խորհրդարանների որոշմամբ: «Սասնա ծռերը» պատրաստ են քննարկումների և կարծում են, որ վերջնական որոշում կայացնողը պետք է լինի Արցախում ձևավորվելիք նոր իշխանությունը:

Դրան զուգահեռ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանն իր հերթին հարցազրույցներից մեկում ասել, որ պետք է շտապել, քանի որ Արցախի վրա կախված է «աբխազացման վտանգը»: Ավելին` նա հույս է հայտնել, որ «այս գործընթացին օժանդակող լինելու է այսօրվա երևանյան գործող իշխանությունը»:

Այս համատեքստում նշենք, որ ՀՀ վարչապետը ոչ մի անգամ իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում չի խոսել Ղարաբաղյան հարց Արցախը Հայաստանին միացնելով լուծելու տարբերակի մասին, ուրեմն` ինչի՞ վրա է Սեֆիլյանի հույսը: Սեֆիլյանը չի բացատրել նաև ի՞նչ է նշանակում «աբխազացման վտանգ» ասվածը:

Բացի այդ` պարզվել է, որ Արցախում արդեն պաշտոնապես գրանցված կուսակցությունը մինչև 2020-ի ընտրությունները փորձելու է Արցախը Հայաստանին միացնելուն կողմ ոչ-իշխանական ուժերի համախմբմամբ իշխանափոխություն անել այնտեղ: Եթե չհաջողվի, «նույն մոբիլիզացիան կիրականացնեն արդեն ընտրությունների շուրջ:

Փաստացի` ստեղծվել է մի այնպիսի զավեշտալի վիճակ, որ ՍԾ-ի ղեկավար անդամն ինքն էլ չի պատկերացնում ՍԾ նախաձեռնած գործընթացի ոչ ընթացքը, ոչ ավարտը, ոչ էլ իմաստը: Ու ընդհանրապես` ի՞նչ են ուզում «Ծռերն» ընդհանրապես: Բոլորին պարզ էր, թե ինչ վերաբերմունք կա հանրության կողմից այդ քաղաքական կառույցի նկատմամբ: 2018-ին ՀՀ ԱԺընտրություններում 1 տոկոս ձայն ստացան, բայց չհասկացան, որ հասարակությանն իրենց գաղափարները, մեղմ ասած, չեն հուզում ու չեն համոզում: Բայց անհաջողությունը Հայաստանում հիմք էր տեղափոխվելու Արցախ, որտեղ 2020-ի ընտրությունները պարարտ հող են խառնակչության ու պատմության մեջ մտնելու:

Չգնահատվածության սինդրոմը Սեֆիլյանին բանակից տարավ քաղաքականություն, բայց քաղաքական պատկերացումները համարժեք չէին ու չեն Հայաստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակին` գաղափարի ու զենքի միջև ընտրություն քաղաքականության մեջ Հայաստանում չկա: Փոխարենը կան մի խումբ մարդիկ, որ գաղափարի կենսագործումը հնարավոր են համարում միայն զենքով, նույնիսկ երբ հրապարակավ հայտարարում են, որ զենք այլևս չեն գործադրելու: Եվ այդ մի խումբ մարդիկ անընդհատ ասպարեզ են իջնում իրենց գործողություններով կամ հայտարարություններով, երբ Արցախի հարցում Հայաստանը ստանում է կամ բարենպաստ իրավիճակ, կամ փորձում է ստեղծել բարենպաստ իրավիճակ:
