Հայաստանը փորձարկման կենթարկի ռազմարդյունաբերության ոլորտում եղած մշակումները և, դրանց մարտունակությանը համոզվելուց հետո, սերիական արտադրություն կունենա: Այն պետք է միտված լինի արտահանմանը:

Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության ծրագրի կատարողականի և արդյունքների վերաբերյալ զեկույցի ներկայացմանն ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը հետաքրքրվեց, թե ինչ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել ռազմական արդյունաբերության ուղղությամբ:

«Ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրն այն ոլորտներից է, որտեղ մենք, մասնավորապես հետազոտական աշխատանքի ոլորտում հատկացված քիչ գումարները, շատ դժվարությամբ ենք ծախսում կամ չենք կարողանում ծախսել: Պարզվում է, որ այդ գումարը ծախսելու համար պետք են որոշակի ինֆրաստրուկտուրաներ, առաջին հերթին մասնագիտական կարողություններ: Եվ մենք այդ խնդիրն ունենք: Մեր քաղաքականությունն այն է, որ պետք է լուրջ ֆինանսավորում հատկացնենք ռազմարդյունաբերությանը, որպեսզի սայլը տեղից շարժվի: Այսօր որոշ հաջողություններ ունենք, ունենք որոշ մշակումներ, որոնք կարող են արդյունքում դառնալ շատ լուրջ սերիական արտադրություն: Բայց հիմա այս փուլում մեր խնդիրն է փորձաքննության ենթարկել այդ մշակումները, համոզվել դրանց մարտունակության մեջ, և երբ համոզվենք դրանց մարտունակության մեջ, կսկսենք դրանց սերիական արտադրությունը»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

 Նա նշեց, որ սերիական արտադրությունը սկսելիս պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ միայն հայաստանյան շուկայում բավարարվելու պարագայում  այդ արտադրության համար հեռանկար չի ստեղծվելու: Այն պետք է միտված լինի արտահանմանը: «Զենքի շուկան աշխարհում շատ մեծ շուկա է, և մենք պետք է փորձենք այդտեղ առաջարկ ունենալ»,-նշեց վարչապետը:

Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ կառավարության կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու կարևոր նպատակներից մեկն այն է, որ ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի ամբողջ փիլիսոփայությունն ու տրամաբանությունը փոխվի: «Օրինակ` եթե մենք արտադրում ենք զենքի մի տեսակ, որը շատ վաղուց արդեն տարբեր տեղեր արտադրվում է, ապա, անկեղծ ասած, դա ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիր չեմ համարում: Մեր պատկերացմամբ` ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրը պետք է հիմնված լինի նոր տեխնոլոգիաների վրա: Պետք է նոր բան ստեղծել»,- ասաց վարչապետն ու շեշտեց` Հայաստանը պետք է սեփական գաղափարներն ունենա ու դրանք իրագործի:

Փաշինյանի վստահեցմամբ` դա ռազմավարական ուղղությունն է:
