Ժողովրդի գրապանի հաշվին սեփական բիզնեսի առաջխաղացումն ապահովելը դարձել է բիզնես միջավայրի լայն գործունեության անբաժանելի մասը: Այսպես է արդեն երկար տարիներ, սակայն զարմանալի է, որ պետական մարմինները շարունակում են նման բաների  վրա աչք փակել ու դրանով անբարեխիղճների ջրաղացին ջուր լցնել:

Վերջին շրջանում երշիկի շուկայում իրականացված լրագրողական դիտարկումները ցույց են տվել, որ որոշ ֆիրմաների, մասնավորապես՝ «Բեկոն» ապրանքատեսակի մսամթերքի մանրածախ գինն աճել է: Թանկացման պատճառը հասկանալու համար սովորական սպառողը սկզբում կմտածի, թե ֆիրմայի կողմից արտադրվող մսամթերքի բաղադրությունն է փոխվել, բայց, արի ու տես, որ իրականում ոչինչ էլ չի փոխվել:

Պարզապես այս ընկերությունը որոշել է սպառողի գրպանի հաշվին իր վաճառքի ծավալներն ավելացնել: Կհարցնեք ինչպե՞ս: Շատ պարզ. ընկերությունը մեծածախ վաճառքի գինը թողել է նույնը, իսկ մանրածախի գինն ավելացրել է, մեծացնելով նաև տվյալ խանութի եկամուտի չափը: Այս քայլին նա գնացել է պայմանով, որ խանութը սեփական եկամուտն ավելացնելու համար շահագրգռված լինի ավելի շատ «Բեկոնի» արտադրանքը վաճառել, քան մյուսներինը:

Այս ամենից անտեղյակ սպառողը, հավատալով խանութի վաճառողի գովասանքներին, բնական է, որ առանց երկար մտածելու եղածից կընտրի հենց այն տեսակը, ինչը հրամցվում է: Այսպիսով, սպառողն անկախ իր կամքից ընկնում է ընկերության կողմից լարած թակարդը և նախկինի համեմատ ավելի շատ գումար տալիս նույն որակի ու տեսակի ապրանքի համար: Դրանից շահում է թե՛ ընկերությունը, թե՛ մանրածախ առևտրով զբաղվող խանութը:

Այս մոտեցումը մրցակցային սցենարներում նորություններ չէ, սակայն զամանալի է, որ սպառողի գրպանի հաշվին նման մանիպուլացիաները երկար տարիներ է չի նկատում Տնտեսական մրցակցության պետական հանձնաժողովը, որն ի պատոնե նման դեպքերը բացառելու համար է ստեղծված:

Ստացվումէ, որ ընկերությունները ժողովրդին թալանելու հաշվին ինքնագործունեությամբ  են զբաղվում, իսկ ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն էլ, սովորույթի  համաձայն, շարունակում է իր տաքուկ «պոստում» մուշ-մուշ քնած մնալ: Եվ այս պայմաններում  իշխանություններն ինչքան էլ փորձեն ներդումներ բերելու համար ջանքեր գործադրել, մեծ արդյունքի չեն հասնի, քանի որ պետական մարմինները շարունակում են հին ձևով «աչք փակել» անբարեխիղճ մրցակցություն կոչվող երևույթների վրա, իսկ տնտեսվարողներն էլ օգտվելով այս բարձիթողի իրավիճակից, շարունակում են սպառողին մոլորեցնելով հարստանալ:
