Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատը դուրս է մնացել անցյալում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունները բացահայտողների ցանկից: Դրա պատճառը, գուցե այն է, որ կառույցը շարունակում է ղեկավարել, այսպես ասած, նախկին իշխանությունների մարդը, բայց որ այնտեղ շատ գաղտնիքներ կան կուտակված՝ միանշանակ է:

Ուշագրավ է, սակայն, որ պալատը սկսել է ավելի արդյունավետ աշխատել, ավելի շատ տեղեկություններ հրապարակել այն մասին, թե առաջիկայում ինչ կառույց է պատրաստվում ստուգել, ինչ փոփոխություններ են իրակացվում կառույցի ներսում և այլն: Բայց դրանց արդյունքների մասին ինչ-որ բան իմանալ, փաստորեն, այդպես էլ չի ստացվում: Նախորդ իշխանությունների ժամանակ էլ էր այդպես, թեև ժամանակ առ ժամանակ որոշ խախտումների ասին լուրեր շրջանառվում էին:

Հաշվեքննիչ պալատն այն ժամանակ բավականին աղմկահարույց բացահայտումներ իրականացնում էր: Դրանց շուրջ մեկ երկու օր աղմուկ էր բարձրանում, որից հետո, կրկին պարզ չէր դառնում, թե բացահայտումների արդյուքում ՀՀ դատախազությունն ինչ նոր գործ հարուցեց, ովքեր էին մեղավորները և այլն:

Ո՞վ իմանա, գուցե Սերժ Սարգսյանի ժամանակ «վնասի փոխհատուցման» այլ ինստիտուտ էր գործում և դա բոլորովին այլ կերպ էր իրականացվում, որի մասին ամենևին էլ պետք չէր, որ հասարակությունն իմանա: Բայց հիմա, ինչպես ընդունված է ասել՝ իրավիճակ է փոխվել, այլևս մարդիկ ճամպրուկներով գումար չեն տանում Բաղրամյան 26: Հիմա լուրն իրադարձությունից ավելի շուտ է տեղ հասնում և իրադարձությունից հինգ պակաս լուրեր տարածողներին էլ թվում է, թե իրենք են կյանքի թափանիվը պտտեցնողները:

Մինչդեռ, երևակայությունից ծնված լուրերով ո՛չ հինգ պակաս, ո՛չ էլ անց հինգ հասարակությանը երկար չես կարող կերակրել: Կարևորը՝ իրականության մասին, փաստերն են, որոնք իսկապես հետաքրքրում են մարդկանց: Ու դրանք, փաստորեն, հավաքվում են նաև հաշվեքննիչ պալատում, ուղարկում իրավապահ մարմիններին ու կրկին կորում:

Հարց է ծագում, որ եթե կարելի է անմեղության կանխավարկածը հաշվի չառնելով այս կամ այն լուրը վայրկյան առաջ հասցնել հասարակությանը, ապա ինչո՞ւ մինչ օրս չի թույլատրվում իմանալ, թե այս ընթացքում ինչո՞վ է զբաղված պալատը, ի՞նչ է հայտնաբերել, ո՞ւմ մասին է խոսքը և, վերջապես, ո՞ւմ ջրաղացին է կառույցը շարունակում լռություն պահպանելով ջուր լցնել:
