Արման Հովակիմյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է. 

Վերջերս մամուլում տեղեկություններ էին շրջանառվում, որ «Նաիրիտ» գործարանի սնանկացման և փակման մեջ իր մեծ ավանդն ունի մերօրյա «հերոս», ՊԵԿ նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանը: Այս լուրերի իսկության մեջ համոզվելու համար, բավական է միայն ուսումնասիրել Դավիթ Անանայանի նախորդ տարիների գործունեության ձեռագրին, անմիջապես ամեն ինչ պարզ կդռանա: Տարիներ առաջ, Դավիթ Անանյանն իր ընկերոջ՝ Գրիգոր Գալստյանի հետ միասին, աուդիտորական ընկերություն էր ստեղծել, որը հիմնականում զբաղվում էր միջին և խոշոր ընկերությունների աուդիտով: Հենց այդ ընկեության ներգործության արդյունքում «Նաիրիտը» սնանկացավ և փակվեց: 
Դրանից անմիջապես հետո լուծարվում է Անանայնաի և ընկերոջ հիմնած աուդիտորական ընկերությունը և նորն է ստեղծվում: Եվ սա օրինաչափություն է Անանյանի ձեռագրում, այլ ոչ թե պատահականություն: Բանից պարզվում է, ամեն անգամ, իրենց մութ գործերն իրականացնելուց և հերթական զոհ դարձած ընկերությանը սնանկացման հասցնելուց հետո, Անանայնաի հիմնած աուդիտորական ընկերությունները փակվում են և բացվում նորերը: Կարծում եմ շատ մեծ ջանքեր չեն պահանջվում տրամաբանելու, թե ինչպես է իրականացվում ողջ մախինացիոն գործընթացը...
Դիցուկ «X» ձեռնարկատիրական ընկերությունով ինչ-որ մեկը հետաքրքրվում է, ով ունի ֆինանսական շատ մեծ ռեսուրսներ և ցանկանում է ամեն գնով տիրանալ այդ ձեռնարկությանը, սակայն սեփականատերը հրաժարվվում է այն վաճառել կամ առաջարկած գինը շատ ավելին է քան նախատեսվում էր: Այդ դեպքում, հետաքրքրվողը դիմում է Անանյանին, ով էլ իր ընկերոջ հետ հիմնած աուդիտորական ընկերության միջոցով, հասնում է նրան, որ ընկերությունը սնանկանա, չկարողանա կատարել իր ֆինանսական պարտավորվածությունները և արդյունքում այդ ընկերությանը տիրանալու է գալիս Անանյանի պատվիրատուն, ով կոպեկների դիմաց տիրանում է ցանկալի ձեռնարկությանը: Մոտավորապես ահա այսպիսի տրամաբանությամբ է նախկինում աշխատել Դավիթ Անանայնաին պատկանող աուդիտորական ընկերությունները, որոնք ինչպես արդեն նշեցի, հերթական մախինացիոն գործընթացից հետո փակվել են:
Իմիջայլոց նման անցյալ ունեցող Անանայանը լիարժեք իրեն իր ափսեի մեջ զգալու համար, պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց հետո, իր մութ գործերի ընկեր Գրիգոր Գալստյանին նշանակել է ՊԵԿ ներքին անվտանգության վարչության բաժնի պետի պաշտոնում: Թերևս բոլորին էլ հասկանալի է, որ նման արատավոր գործելաոճով առաջնորդվող Անանայանին և նրա ընկեր Գրիգոր Գալստյանին լիազորելը նրանց ներկայիս գործառույթներով, չափազանց վտանգավոր է, քանզի չի բացառվում, որ նախկինում հոգեհարազատ բարքերը կկիրառվեն նաև այսօր, ինչը ուղղակի հարված է պետության կայացման և զարգացման գործընթացին, էլ չենք խոսում իշխանական լծակները ռեպրեսիաների և «բիզնես» հակումներին ուղղելու վտանգի մասին:
