ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գևորգ Գորգիսյանն անդրադառնալով «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ-ի մասին իրեն հասած լուրերին, Ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցի իր էջում գրել է, որ շարունակում է ահազանգեր ստանալ իշխանության լռությունից մտահոգված երկաթուղայիններից։

«Մարդիկ հանգիստ չենք կարող նստել իրենց տեղերում, ի՞նչ եղավ «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ-ում՝ 60 մլն դոլարի չարաշահումը։ Հեղափոխությունն այդպես էլ երկաթուղի չհասավ։ Օրեր առաջ վարչապետ Փաշինյանն այցելեց Գյումրի՝ Երևան-Գյումրի գնացքով, և ոչ ոք չանդրադարձավ չարաշահումների թեմային։

Հետևողական եմ լինելու, որ Հայաստանի նոր իշխանությունները բացահայտեն այդ չարաշահումները և պատժեն դրանց պատասխանատուներին։ Խոստանում եմ առաջիկայում ավելի մանրամասն անդրադառնալ այս հարցին և ներկայացնել երկաթուղայինների կողմից ինձ տրամադրված փաստերը»,- գրել է Գ. Գորգիսյանը։

Եվ իրոք, այդ աղաղակող տեղեկությունից հետո բոլորը մի տեսակ խորհրդավոր լռություն են պահպանում և ոչինչ չեն ասում այդ մասին: Հասկանալի չէ նաև, թե լռության հեղինակները Հայաստանի իշխանություննե՞րն են, թե՞ Ռուսաստանի մեր «գործընկերները», բայց որ ինչ-որ բան այն չէ՝ միանշանակ է:

Ի դեպ, նոր գնացքով Գյումրի ուղևորվելու ժամանակ ընկերության ներկայացուցիչների տրամադրությունն էլ բավական բարձր էր, ինչը, համաձայնեք, որ 60 մլն դոլար չարաշահված գումարի պայմաններում դժվար հնարավոր լիներ: Գուցե նոր գնա՞ցքն է որպես փոխհատուցում հրամցվել, բայց այդ մասին ևս որևէ խոսք չհնչեց:

Բոլորի ուշքն ու միտքը գնացքի պատուհանից երևացող գեղեցիկ տեսարանն էր, ներսի կահավորանքը, բայց թե ի՞նչ գումարով է հինը փոխարինվել նորով, ո՞րտեղից են ծախսվել այդ գումարները և այլն, այդպես էլ ոչ ոք չիմացավ: Այս խորհրդավոր լռության պայմաններում, իրոք, բավականին հետաքրքիր կլինեն պատգամավորի կողմից խոստացած չարաշահումների թեմայի մասին անդրադարձն ու իր ձեռքի տակ եղած փաստերի հրապարակումը, բայց այս դեպքում էլ հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչու է Գ. Գորգիսյանը որոշակի պաուզայից հետո խոստանում խոսել:

Հետաքրքիր է սա պատգամավորի կամ իր քաղաքական թիմի կողմից կիրառվող մարտավարակա՞ն, թե՞ դիվանագիտական դադար է, քանի որ եթե իրենք իրենց ընդդիմություն են համարում, ապա պետք է օր առաջ այդ մասին բարձրաձայնեն, ոչ թե մի կողմից իշխանությունների հետ պասերով խաղան, բայց ամբիոններից էլ հայտարարեն, թե իրենք են երկրի թիվ մեկ ու ամենաթեժ ընդդիմությունը:
