Հովքի միջնակարգ դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում կատարված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Հովքի միջնակարգ դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները առերևույթ չարաշահելու դեպքի հանգամանքները: ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ Տավուշի մարզի բնակչուհին՝ ծնված 1974թ., 2013 թվականի օգոստոսից մինչև 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերն զբաղեցնելով «ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Հովքի միջնակարգ դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի պաշտոնը, իրեն վստահված ուրիշի գույքը հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելով, յուրացրել է իրեն վստահված գույքը:

Մասնավորապես, Հովքի միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրենը 2015 թվականի հունվար ամսից նշված ՊՈԱԿ-ում դստերն ընդունել է աշխատանքի՝ որպես գործավար, իսկ 2017 թվականի հունվար ամսից՝ ամուսնուն՝ որպես պահակ-դռնապան, սակայն վերջիններիս կողմից աշխատանքի փաստացի չհաճախելու պայմաններում, իր կողմից կազմվող աշխատավարձի վճարման համար հիմք հանդիսացող պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերում ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ մտցնելով դստեր և ամուսնու կողմից աշխատանքի հաճախելու վերաբերյալ՝ փաստաթղթերը վավերացրել է իր ստորագրությամբ, որի արդյունքում նրանց հաշվեհամարներին որպես աշխատավարձ ելքագրվել և փոխանցվել է խոշոր չափերի գումար:

Բացի այդ, նույն դպրոցի տնօրենը 2015 թվականի օգոստոսից քրոջը՝ դպրոցի մանկական կոլեկտիվի կազմակերպիչին, ընդունել է նշված ՊՈԱԿ-ում որպես գիշերային պահակ, սակայն վերջինս որպես գիշերային պահակ չի հաճախել աշխատանքի: Դպրոցի տնօրենը, սակայն, չի գրանցել նրա բացակայությունները և 2015 թվականի օգոստոսից մինչև 2016 թվականի հունվարը, հաստատելով աշխատավարձերի ցուցակները, քրոջ հաշվեհամարին որպես աշխատավարձ փոխանցել է ընդհանուր 168.065 դրամ գումար՝ պետությանը պատճառելով զգալի չափերի վնաս:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Հովքի միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով, 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (2 դրվագ), 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (2 դրվագ): Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:
