Գլխավոր դատախազը տեղեկություն չունի Նարեկ Սարգսյանի` Չեխիայի իշխանություններից քաղաքական ապաստան հայցելու վերաբերյալ

ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբոր՝ Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանի որդու՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի գործով ընթանում է էքստրադիցիոն բնական գործընթաց:

Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը:

«Այժմ էքստրադիցիոն բնական գործընթացի մեջ ենք, չունենք որևէ այլ նորություն, որի մասին հանրությանը տեղեկացնելու անհրաժեշտություն կա»,- նշեց գլխավոր դատախազը:

Շրջանառվող լուրերի վերաբերյալ, թե Նարեկ Սարգսյանը Չեխիայի իշխանություններից քաղաքական ապաստան է հայցել, գլխավոր դատախազն ընդգծեց, որ չկա նման տեղեկություն։

Նարեկ Սարգսյանը դեկտեմբերի 6-ին ձերբակալվել է Պրահա 5 թաղամասում գտնվող բնակարաններից մեկում Պրահայի տարածքային ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզման բաժնի աշխատակիցների կողմից: Պրահայում հայտնաբերման պահին Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ներկայացրել է Գվատեմալայի քաղաքացու կեղծ անձնագիր՝ Ֆրանկլին Գոնսալեսի անհատական տվյալներով։ Նա հիմա գտնվում է նախնական կալանքի տակ:

Հայաստանի իրավապահները Նարեկ Սարգսյանին մեղադրանք են ներկայացրել անցած ամռանը, երբ Երևանի կենտրոնում գտնվող նրա բնակարանում ապօրինի զենք ու թմրանյութ էին հայտնաբերել։ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբոր՝ Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանի 37-ամյա որդին գտնվում էր միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ։

Հունիսի 26-ին Նարեկ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործի համաձայն, նրան մեղադրանք ՝ առաջադրվեց ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելու, իրացնելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու կամ կրելու, և թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ նյութերի և դրանց պրեկուրսորների ապօրինի շրջանառությունն իրացնելու կամ պատրաստելու նպատակաով կամ դրանց ապօրինի իրցնելու հատկանիշներով։ Նարեկ Սարսգյանին պատկանող բնականարում իրավապահները հայտնաբերել էին երկու ճամպրուկ թմրամիջոցներ և զենքեր։ Բացի այդ, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ դեռևս 2013-ին Նարեկ Սարգսյանը, չարաշահելով նկարիչ Մարտիրոս Սարյանի ժառանգներից մեկի վստահությունը, նրանից վերցրել է նկարչի 14 գծանկարները, իսկ հետո, անտեսելով տուժողի բազմաթիվ պահանջները, հրաժարվել է դրանք վերադարձնել։ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցները Նարեկ Սարգսյանի հաշվառման վայրում անցած ամռանը կատարած խուզարկության հետևանքով հայտնաբերել էին նկարները, ինչպես նաև 115 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, 27 հազար եվրո, թանկարժեք ժամացույցներ, բազմաթիվ ոսկյա մետաղադրամներ և զարդեր։
